How to Complete Legion Artifact Quests in Chromie Time Before Learning Required Abilities

Choosing the expansion you want to play through with Chromie Time is a huge improvement to the leveling process, but it also introduces a number of curious quirks. One of which players have discovered is that low level players starting in Legion can be prompted to attempt artifact acquisition questlines before they've actually leveled up enough to learn the spells required to succeed in them! It seems developers thought of that particular hurdle though, as the required spell is useable from the scenario/quest tracker, even if you aren't high enough level to have learned it yet.
For example, the Balance Druid artifact questline for
Коса Элуны
requires players to use
Столп солнечного света
to safely cross the Spirit Barrier within the crypts of Karazhan, however the AoE silence isn't learned until level 26. To remedy this, the game helpfully places the requisite ability in the quest tracking pane, although it's very easy to overlook - especially if you use addons which might change or hide that tracker. Although though the player isn't actually high enough to have learned Solar Beam yet, the game will let them cast it anyway in order to proceed with the questline.

While not every artifact questline requires using a certain ability in order to succeed, there are many examples of ones that do, such as:
The Survival Hunter artifact questline for
Хищный Коготь
requires
Осветительная ракета
, normally learned at level 19.
The Assassination Rogue artifact questline for
Убийцы Королей
, in which players need to

guards in Stormwind.
The Affliction Warlock artifact questline for

, otherwise learned at level 49.
The spell icon is small and out of the way, so it's easy to overlook, but there are handy addons such as
ExtraQuestButton
which will make quest items and spells use the ExtraActionButton frame in the middle of the screen instead which might help visibility. Other addons can block or change the quest tracking frame though, so if you aren't seeing these buttons pop up in your scenario/quest tracker, try disabling them and reloading your use by typing
/reload
into the chat box!
