Each run in the Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar will contain 2 NPCs that can be defeated for a buff! These buffs can be a 10% increase to Health, Haste, Critical Strike Chance or Flat Damage.

Introduction
There are 4 possible buff creatures in the Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar. 2 of these buff creatures are located in the Tainted Area and 2 of them are located in the Corrupted Areas.
In each run, the game will randomly pick one Buff Creature from the Tainted Area and 1 from the Corrupted Areas and spawn them in your run. This means that you'll always have exactly 2 buff creatures that you can defeat in each run!

Tainted Area Buffs
Gamon - 10% Health
If Naros is up, Gamon will not be available.
Gamon is located in the Inn which is on the right side of the Tainted Area from spawn. He is on the upper level. Defeating him will earn you a 10% health buff

. None of them are particularly dangerous.
Naros - 10% Damage
If Gamon is up, Naros will not be available.
The Blacksmith is located in the Forge which is on the left side of the Tainted Area from spawn. Defeating him will earn you a 10% damage buff

. He's not too deadly but he does take some extra time to kill because of

if you don't have a Curse Dispel. I would recommend stunning him when he debuffs you with this ability.
Corrupted Area Buffs
Bwemba - 10% Haste and Movement Speed
If Warpweaver Dushar is up, Bwemba will not be available.
Bwemba is located in the Valley of Spirits, the Corrupted Area on the left side of spawn. Defeating Bwemba will earn you a 10% Haste and Movement Speed buff

Bwemba has two abilities:

. Hex is particularly annoying because there's nothing you can do to prevent it since it's an instant cast. While a frog, you will proc hot foot and Burned Bridge, so be careful! If you have a healer friend with you, it can be magic dispelled.
Warpweaver Dushar - 10% Crit Chance
If Bwemba is up, Warpweaver Dushar will not be available
Warpweaver Dushar is located in the Transmog hut in the Drag. After you defeat Annihilator Lak'hal, it's in the first hut to your right.
Inside the Transmog hut will be a clickable Ethereal Portal that will allow you to summon Warpweaver Dushar. If the Ethereal Portal isn't up, then Warpweaver Dushar isn't active. Defeating Warpweaver will earn you a 10% Crit Chance buff
