we reported
a few months ago, Graphic Artist
Handclaw
, embarked on a quest to design Heritage Armor for
every class and race combination
. This enormous project was completed in three waves, first the core races, than the allied races, then the Mechagnomes and Vulpera...
...and then along came Shadowlands, allowing everyone to be Death Knights. Handclaw has now completed wave four of his project: Allied Race and Pandaran Death Knight Armor designs, finally being able to call it complete...until the next race/class change.
These ten new pieces are splendidly detailed, drawing on both racial and Death Knight themes, and in the case of the Pandaran, Faction themes. From the classic Bwonsamdi-esque look he gives the Zandalari Trolls, to the forward looking Necrolord feel of the Mag'har Orcs, every piece shows the thought and love that went into its concept and creation.
