Buying Loupe of Unusual Charm - Cordial Ve'nari Reputation
In order to unlock the

item, you'll need to have Cordial reputation with Ve'nari and have 1330

. Earning

reputation will involve completing Weeklies and Daily quests in the Maw, completing Wrath of the Jailer and killing Rares.
