For the first time since June 2020 (according to Wowhead comments), the mount is available as the reward for killing Kosumoth in the World Quest

on EU servers! The World Quest with the mount as a reward should be available for EU players for the next 8 days.
According to comments, NA servers are going through a similar bad luck drought, but maybe this means NA will get some luck soon!
