Falling off the Maw Leads to Disconnecting - Use Unstuck Option

For players that fall off the Maw and disconnect, Blizzard recommends using the unstuck option to safely move your character elsewhere so you can log back in.
Use Unstuck Option on Battle.net
There are many reports on the
customer service forums
of this issue:
is there a way i can get my character returned to SW or somewhere other than just falling repeatedly into the maw?
I feel like an idiot but I hate that now i cant play my rogue on SL release!
please help lol!

If the system doesn’t place you back on solid ground after a few minutes, use the Unable to Move option.
