We've datamined some Shadowlands Hotfixes that have been made to live servers, which nerfs BFA enchants that players were still using in Shadowlands such as Force Multiplier.
For example,

is a very powerful Battle for Azeroth enchant that was stronger than the Shadowlands enchants. However, it can only be used on weapons of item level 140 or lower. Some crafty players were using a low level off-hand just to use these powerful BFA enchants.

Permanently enchant a weapon to occasionally increase Strength or Agility by 8128 and Mastery, Haste, or Critical Strike by 6523 for 15 sec. Your highest stat is always chosen. Cannot be applied to items above level 140.
