Heads up collectors! As I'm sure you've already noticed, the Cataclysm expansion added
tons of awesome stuff
to the World of Warcraft - including many new riding mounts available to fill your stables! Even if you've already got a

I've written up a guide for you guys on how to find, earn or otherwise acquire all of the new Cataclysm mounts! I mean, c'mon, look at some of these mounts - you know you want 'em!

These bad boys are pretty awesome, but you're in for a hell of a grind - obtaining your faction's mount will require your guild to reach level 25, which is the maximum level at this time. In addition, a player must first be Exalted with their guild before being allowed to purchase the mount. You can find out more on guild leveling and reputation gain in our

Many players assume guild leveling to be easy, as guilds are easily reaching their daily cap in a matter of hours due to the current abundance of players leveling up new characters and completing quests and killing bosses. While many guilds may continue to hit their experience cap over the course of the next few months, it's important to note that the experience required for guild levels does increase with every level. The math being done suggests that it will take 137 days (or 4.5 months) of hitting your guild's daily experience cap in order to reach guild level 25! Grind, baby, grind!

, which requires you to clear Blackwing Descent, Throne of the Four Winds and The Bastion of Twilight while in a guild group. In order to qualify and receive credit for these objectives, your raid must be comprised of at least 8/10 or 20/25 guild members. You can tell that you are in a group that qualifies for guild achievements by checking for your guild tabard up near your minimap. Upon completion the achievement, you will be able to purchase this mount from your faction's guild vendor.
I'm not gonna lie - this bad boy seems a lot
easier
to get that the aforementioned

, and is even (technically) easier to get than his cousin the Ashes of A'lar, since it does not require any special achievements or even the Heroic difficulty modes of the bosses. However, it will prove to be challenging for players without a guild, so get out and meet some people!

Ah, the thing which every alchemist's dreams are made of. And man, is he gonna cost you. So how to get it? First, you have to be an archaeologist and you have to get lucky and find fragments of a

. Upon collecting the appropriate amount of

you will be able to complete the jar, and then open it. If you're lucky (again) it will contain a

, which can be learned with 525 Alchemy skill. Once you've learned to craft it, you then need to acquire the (costly) reagents. This is one of the

It's yet another recolored drake, that you'll have to spend IRL money on. This guy is available via code redemption from the (appropriately named) Mottled Drake loot card from the latest WoW Trading Card Game expansion, Worldbreaker. Not the most amazing of TCG mounts, to be perfectly honest, though it'll no doubt be substantially rare and it is pretty neat looking.
