Translocator to the Sepulcher of the First Ones: Initially inaccessible unless you're willing to risk your life with Набор для сборки гоблинского планера, completing Chapter 4 activates the translocator east of Pilgrim's Grace that leads to the Sepulcher island.

Воды Приюта Questline: Chapter 4 canonically leads us to Pilgrim's Grace, which also means the questline that starts with Родник Предвечных can be accessed, allowing the achievement Путь просветления (required for Zereth Mortis flying) to be completed.

In the Future - Creation Catalyst Access: Although we won't be able to use the Creation Catalyst for several more weeks, Chapter 4 has us find and interact with the device for the first time, so completion of the Chapter will very likely be a requirement for the conversion machine.
