Ok, I took 25 of these and disenchanted them to see what would result (like what I did earlier with Runecloth Belts and Black Mageweave Vests). This is what happened:

Vision Dust x73 (Looted 21 times, for a 84% chance to get Vision Dust x3.5)
Lesser Nether Essence x4 (Looted 3 times, for a 12% chance to get Lesser Nether Essence x1.3)
Small Radiant Shard x1 (4% chance to get a Small Radiant Shard)

This is noticably poorer than my result for Black Mageweave Vest, which is the same item level and quality and thus should have an identical Disenchanting loot table...I chalk that up to the smaller sample size.

For those who dont know this seems to be the favorite for headpiece for leather folk for 39 twinking...making it a nice stash of cash and an easy pickup for any twink for a small amount of G

I like this head armor..... While looking through all the armors, i found an interesting cloth item. The white bandit's mask. It looks like a defias mask ( found in the human starting area and the deadmines). only white.... with 11 agil and 11 str. it would add a cool look to any melee class. like this armor it can be made, only by a tailor.

Great item for the game as a whole.

It's stats are perfect for a Rogue/Feral at its level range. It is cheap to make and vendors for a good bit (you can actually profit from vendoring it if you get your thick leather reasonable), but the real money is from disenchanting it. You can make up the cost of production just by selling off the nether essences you get from it (and keep the vision dust and any shards you get for yourself) or sale it all for major return on investment.

if u are lvl up ur skill, it turn yellow at 220, not 225

Sorry to repeat what people are saying but this is better than the Expert Goldminer's Helm for rogues who are twinking in this bracket as long as you put a head enchant on it, simply because of the stamina. I have both on my rogue and the expertise yielded by the Goldminer's Helm does not make up for stamina, if you head enchant this with agility, you have 20 agility and 11 stamina, or you can add health to it, either way it's a dam fierce helm and easy to get. These are usually flooding Auction Houses, I just bought 2 for 2G50.

back on my place on stormscale these are worth 7g on the ah for 39 twinks this head is the best apparently at that level

DEing these is still the best way to get rid of Thick Leather.

I leveled a character with Skinning recently, and came up at the end of the day with enough Thick leather to make 60 of these.
