Differences with this brew and Отвар нефритовой ведьмы in comparison to the Jogu quests, Как рыбке хмелеварня, is that this brew is not required for something useful like skilling. The math applies to this as to the Jade Witch brew, you need to create at least one for Panderen cooking credit, sample one for Panderen delicacies and give twenty to Jogu for the quest to total this at 21.

If you are a perfectionist that wants to complete the quest, you are probably best of to making these four times and buy one left over of another player. When they are not in supply, create five and sell the four leftovers one by one.

EDIT: actually, as Jogu mails you his Заветная заначка once you are Best Friends, you can make this four times for the quest and sample the one from the stash for your delicacies achievement, no need to buy or make that last one. Same applies to Отвар нефритовой ведьмы.

Can change how you view some items. Turned a Paladin's 1-Hand sword into Ashbringer for as long as I had the Delusion buff recently and it was quite spectacular seeing a tank with Ashbringer in one hand and Bulwark of Azzinoth in the other.

Sometimes can be found in Сокровища Номи from Знак признательности, so if you want to give Jogu his ultimate wish you can save them up this way.

Just drank one of these while waiting for my turn in the Zul'drak arena. Saw various elementals (mostly air) on each pillar around the arena floor. Always wondered who was doing all the cheering in there ..

Makes the screen properly fuzzy for a good ten minutes. Genuinely disorienting! Had these as back up food and drink for questing, but highly recommend only consuming these in the comfort of a good inn with friends who will tell you if you're slurring your words...
