В разы проще готовить цветочный суп со специями, чем собирать реги на похлебку. Хотя для древних специй нужно фармить рарников, но на ауке специи лежат обычно в больших масштабах и по маленькой цене.

MATS Uber mats x1, x3 & x1 (hard to get mats early on?) From the new "farming" side of MOP. Level 90 required not yet available on Beta (more to come/edit on this)

To get to 575 cooking you can start with Рецепт: суп из клубящегося тумана, lower level (starter intell food). Mats: Нефритовая двоякодышащая рыба x 1 which is found in the Нефритовый лес the 85-86 level zone so easier to get.

Sold by TBD (MOP cooking daily currency reward?). It requires 575 cooking so will be tight first first few weeks into MOP. Orange from 575-594, Yellow 595-549 grey at 605.

The best single character intellect food in MoP. Provides +300 intellect. The recipe requires Way of the Pot and cooking skill of 600 but consuming the food doesn't require any cooking skill.

This is the top end of the Intellect food buffs @ 300, but at a cost of one Ironpaw Token for every 5, should not be used on massive wipes or you will have a lot of grinding ahead of you
