I was going to save up and buy an elementium stormshield or w/e since i got cata late but.. with this shield out there i know my #1 shield choice now :)
I'll even pass on the raid drop shield out of nostalgia with this one..

I wonder why I have not seen this mentioned anywhere before. Since I found out this shield is out there (and looks great on a troll shaman), my healer's gonna get this, together with

on the shield, this is about as good as it gets at this level.
Currently, I'm compairing with
Наследие Арлокк
, which was my first choice, but I now think that for a shaman healer, the crit. is welcome (specially since 4.2), as is the higher total intel and spi. You would sacrifice a bit of haste for it, but this can be made up easily. The final choice seems to be very personal: would you want more mastery or would you want more crit?
Oh, and you will be adding almost 12k armor to your stats! ;-)
