Судя по всему подобная модель тканевых наплечников существует лишь в одном источнике. Аналогов в игре я не нашел.
Для трансмога на тролля-тканевика смотрятся просто отлично.
Можно даже сет собрать:

Мантия с бахромой из когтей

i just won these today and i logged out when i logged back in they were gone. it made me mad cause i gemed and chanted them and also sold my old pair.... still havn't heard back from a gm as to where they went.

I don't know about you, but as a healing priest, I'm perfectly happy having an option prior to Cho'gall or Nefarian for a shoulder piece that's itemized for my class and spec (read, spirit, meaning, not the shoulders from Atramedes). Besides, even as a holy priest, crit is still good for some things.

I'm not sure how these shoulders belong to the "Amani regalia" as they look nothing like the rest of the set, and the hue of green isn't even the same as the rest of the set.
I'd say it's like the bear shoulders, it doesn't belong to any set, however this is the closest match
