These are the shoulders of average level 30 leather users. They are liek the Hillman's Shoulders, however, the higher level version, the bigger brother.
There are not many other shoulders around like these, unless you're willing to search. High availability make them popular.

great for disenchanting for soul dust since they give a chance for 5 dust and dont cost to much to make

I am standing at Karolek in Orgrimmar, looking through his patterns clicking on each available pattern individually so I don't miss it by accident and I can not find it to learn this AT ALL. I have not already learned it either, I got to 180 and went to train for it but nothing....
I only have grey or green patterns right now. It would be hard to miss.
So I am guessing it is not on this trainer yet. Will have to find some where else to get it. If I remember I will post where I bought it.
So I traveled all the way to Feralas to learn from Harhrana Iron hide.... and she won't teach me anything. I am guessing I need a few more levels as I am lvl 34 currently. So will update again if I remember.
