Amazing healing trinket especially for AoE situations, could be helpful to palys given the fact that they have limited AoE healing capabilities. Does anyone know if this is affected by spell power?

This trinket would be brokenly overpowered, if it allowed multiple HoT's to tick on players at the same time. Likely, it just produces an effect while clustered up, that just gets refreshed with another proc buff (only 1 HoT ticking at any time, on any player).
Its already borderline OP, with just 1 HoT ticking on 25 players.. (402 a sec, per person, for 15+6 sec (15 sec duration assuming a refresh at last second = 211k healing from a 2 min CD...).
It is possible though, that each person that gets the stack applied to, could carry the buff away from the group (so instead of 1 person healing 24 others that are in range, 6-7 people have the buff from the targets hit with healing, and when they spread out, most/all still have the effect running).
And no, this effect wouldn't/shouldn't operate off of 'Holy Light Bomb' because its not you that is doing the splash healing, but rather a glyph.

Seems like a very good trinket for use together with the priests Divine Hymn

Considering this is the Heroic version of the trinket, I am sure anyone who matches it with, say, Althor's Abacus or Trauma in their Heroic versions will be a force to be reckoned with on the charts. I can just imagine all the numbers on the screen!
That being said, I would prefer to see this trinket on a Priest or Shaman, as they have a lot more AoE direct heals and can get maximized use out of this trinket in the 15 seconds ... but I would still be envious of any Druids or Paladins who had this, too!

This trinket benefits from the shaman talent "Purification" increasing the tick-heals up to around 440. If it's used wisely It is amazing throughput trinket.

The procc'ed heal (which is a buff on the first target) has no target limit but everyone who benefits from the healing effect can not receive the buff himself until it wears out on the initial target or if you move out of range. There is no way of creating multiple layers of the HoT effect in camps.
Anyway - I agree that Chain Heal does spread the effect most adequately but any healer who's aware of raid positioning can max out the trinket's use effect.

This is still an ridiculousky over-powered trinket. Even at 85!
As far as im aware of, this trinket is still the best when your looking for pure throughput.
Though, from an regen point of view it is outshined very early due to the low ammount of intellect on the trinket, but the proc, atleast in the hands of a paladin, is divine when used correctly.
In most fights this trinket ammounts to roughly 5-8% of my total healing.
If you kept this trinket, I highly suggest you try it out next chance you get, and you will be amazed on how good it is.
Note: The use of this trinket is only good in a 25man enviroment, and mainly in fights where the raid take either regularly ticking damage or massive burst damage (Nefarian omnitro and chimearon comes to mind)
In 5mans and 10mans its fairly weak and should be switched out.
