I don't believe it says anywhere that this drops from the new instances. It is under the "new items in 3.3", not new items for the Icecrown raid instance. Although I haven't played the ptr, I'm almost positive it is bought with honor, like the previous editions of the Medallion.

Realms just went live for 3.3.2 a few minutes ago. Right now it has no rating requirements and costs 68200 honor.

can you use this trinklet together with other "movement imparing" trinklets?
For exemple, this trinklet with: Inherited Insignia of the Horde.
Will both work? Can I use two remove movement imparing effects? Or both trinklets will fall in cool down time after I use any one of them?
