If your group to ICC heroic isn't too large, you could probably get at least one piece on every visit as the normal and heroic tokens (vanquisher's mark) both drop in heroic. Go to your vendor in Dalaran (Rueben Lauren for me) or in ICC: buy the bloodmage robe with JP, buy the normal sanctified bloodmage robe with preceding robe and a normal token, and then buy the heroic version with heroic token and preceding robe. Same process for all pieces. I stop at the headpiece as I can't stand covering my mages head. She's pictured above.
