Probably just my luck, but it doesn't really drop all that often.
Pretty good for Resto, however I'd prefer
Frost Witch's Headpiece
over this one. You'll probably be getting this one first anyways. (Ice-Reinforced Vrykul Helm, to avoid confusion.)
This helm is still an upgrade over whatever you're wearing for Resto most of the time.
