I got this today, its lovely.
Since I have 40 expertise the expertise loss isnt a problem.
I luv that it grants hit rating too aswell, because I wasnt hit capped but now I am :>
Also grants 144 stamina if you have 30 stam gem.

if i don't need the hit? there's mor strength, stam+armor on the 245 ring

If you don't need the hit it's a survivability downgrade for all tanks.
The 245 Val'kyr ring is on par with the 264 BoE tanking ring as far as EH goes.

Definitely a downgrade from Clutch of Fortification. Do not want.
EDIT: This was true before the 4.0.1 bonus armor nerf to all non-trinket Wrath items. After the nerf, Abom's Bloody is looking awfully good.
