Лордерон - сильнейшее королевство людей до Третьей Войны, центр Альянса во Время Второй Войны, могущественная индустриальная держава, включавшая в себя город-гигант Стратхольм, Андорал, территорию Альтерака, Серебрянный бор. Именно этой огромной державой предстояло править принцу Артасу Менетилу. Но он избрал другой путь. Отец Артаса Теренас был еще достаточно сильным правителем и не торопился отдавать власть стропливому сыну. Но Артас убил его а королевский топор, передаваемый от отца к сыну королями Лордерона, оставил себе, возможно, как память о своей родине и предначертанной судьбе.

Здоровский топор.
Выбивается с Короля Лича ЦЛК25ппл.

Трансмогифицировал себе для пвп.
Вне боя крепятся за спиной, а не у пояса, что выглядит эффектно на дренейках (энх), а вот на дренеях плохо.

p.s. 3 и 4-ый скрин мой =)

Almost all weapons dropped by the Lich King make reference to Arthas Menethil in his path of destruction before becoming the Lich King.

This axe makes reference to Arthas' royal lineage itself, being him the next King of Lordaeron, the weapon just passed to him. Thou Arthas never really became King of Lordaeron, he probably kept the blade.

It looks to me (at least from the MMO Champion screenshot) that it shares a model with Scourgeborne Waraxe.

I actually consider this a positive, as it means my rogue will be able to dual wield axes that sheath on the back :)

I'm pretty sure Shadow's Edge is the only thing that looks like Shadow's Edge.

I'm also pretty sure our good buddies at Wowhead include a caveat that says something like: This item hasn't been seen on live servers yet, so some data may be missing!

Let's try to at least make sure when ranting that we are ranting about an actual problem. :)

So thats the end of shamans DWing a legendary lookalike it seems...

(As of 4/2/10 wowhead 3d veiw showed this as the same model as the legendary shadowmorne, if its been changed by the time you read this >_>)

This item is the best in slot main hand for every class that uses slow one handed weapons.
So;
Combat Rogues
Enhancement Shamans
Frost Death Knights
will all be rolling on this weapon.
If there are none in the raid, it would serve some use as an extremely good hunter stat stick or as a tank threat weapon.

...and humans use swords..as a horde person myself, I still find it very hard to belive that the alliance would have a weapon better suited for an orc beholded upon their kings.

Blizzard wasn't really orignal with the 1h axes this patch.
The look itself isn't that bad but there are only 2/3 diferent colours, and even the colours look just like each other. So it isn't really that noticable that you're wearing this because it's almost the same as this or this. And those two (this or this) aren't really that rare (anymore), you can even say that they have become sort of 'well fare' gear for rogues/sham/dk.

So shame on u blizz... shame on u... (again)
