BiS for Blood Death Knights (post 3.3).
Probably BiS for Warriors as well, however the ArP is not as attractive for Ret Pallies.
I would never discriminate a ret out of these though.

strange how these have other socket colors than the non-heroic version of them.
it is common that heroic items get one additional socket over the non-heroic items but changing the socketcolor seems wierd, especially when considering that it is a less desirable color.

As of 3.3.3, the sockets are red/yellow (just like the 264 version).

I see these being great for warriors and death knights. Not as much boost for paladins, but still KICK ASS!
