Either way, probably best in slot for hunter, druids, shamen and rogues. For rogues, this will cater for both Mutilate and Combat rogues, having both haste and ArP on it. Socket bonus won't matter either way, this baby will be getting AP/Agi/Haste/ArP gems put in it for the DPS classes, only bears will be putting a blue gem in it.

No reason to downrate this...its helpful and accurate information. There will be necks that have more stamina for bear tanks such as Bile-Encrusted Medallion (BiS) but this is a great neck nonetheless
