I don't think I've ever seen a polar bear claw that some how makes a circle, let alone a fashionable bracer for a plate dps class. Oh Icecrown, you so crazy.

BiS normal 25 man bracers for melee plate DPS, drops from Gunship Battle in Icecrown 25 man normal version (got one today /woot).
Do not even remind of bear claws though => they suck :'(

great item for balancing Hit rating, definitly BiS for death knight since we miss some hit rating with the Tier 10 (no more hit on the shoulder)

are you kidding? BiS for Death Knights? Don't make me laugh, we are horribly over hit capped almost all the time, i just got my hit balanced down so it's at the right level and this makes me upset that they insist on putting so much hit rating gear into the ICC drops instead of more useful stats
it's to the point where I'm going to have to keep my titanium spikeguards

I crapped myself when these dropped for me a few months ago, necks and wrists for plate were scarce in our raids. Currently gemmed with +10 Strength and +10 Haste and enchanted with +50 attack power. I reforged critical strike rating to gain 24 mastery rating.
