Looks like some great Shammy gear, mats are not that hard to gather either from the looks of it. If you really want these then you should start gathering the mats now.

Is anyone else puzzled as to why these aren't reskins of the Shaman T10? They look like leather breaches in the model viewer.
Considering they're mail AC with sp/crit/haste wouldn't it just make sense for them to look similar to the
Sanctified Frost Witch Legguards
?

Confirmed they Do look like druid t10 graphic.
This is something failed to see by blizz after countless
tickets i put in on the issue.
Blizz said that my game files are corrupt and to run the wizzard
which is a bunch of crap. They fail to see that they messed up
and they need to fix it.

These are great for resto/ele shaman no doubt about that, but something to consider when gathering the mats to craft these is that the cloth legs almost the exact same stats (if not slightly better because haste is everyones friend)
http://www.wowhead.com/?compare=49900;49891
The reason you might want to consider making the cloth ones though is that unless you know someone who has this pattern it may be a bit harder to come by seeing as the demand for mail spell dmg legs isn't that high and one might be less willing to spend a saronite to learn the pattern unless they need it.
the obvious downside to cloth legs over mail legs though is that every shaman should be wearing a kilt at all times if at all possible

After newest comments from Blizz regarding Cataclysm and the mastery bonus - I'm very uncertain if I should make these or go for the holy palas one (Puresteel legplates)...
Any thoughts on this?

For lazy people that don't feel like doing the math, it takes a total of 184 Emblem of Frost to purchase the 8 Primordial Saronite needed for this piece.

I had these made by mistake for my druid so they are just sitting in my bag. I've been trying to sell them: Galakrond alliance server.

These Primal Saronites now cost 135 gold a piece now after WoD.
You DO have to be exalted with the Ashen Verdict and its BOP sadly.
I wish they would drop that, its impossible to find a leatherworker with this pattern, or someone who has enough rep that has leatherworking.
