Стал первым обладателем этой прелести на Азурегосе (валялся на аукционе со стартовой ценой в 70к 16-17.12.12) Безумно рад, сделал себе подарок к Новому Году)))(копил на маунта какого-нибудь редкого, но 130к оказалось не жалко на гитару)))

P.S. Как и в случае с инструментом главного гитариста Бергисста - Арканитовый потрошитель, накладывает подобный бафф Арканитовый потрошитель, который превратит вас, в солирующего на гитаре Сига на 12 сек. Приобрести данное чудо можно в хорошую погоду у Мадам Гойи на ЧР.

Пара фактов об этом оружии для тех, кто намеревается его стеречь:
- бафф "Задать жару" длится 10 секунд и спадает, если вы двигаетесь с места
- гитара играет совсем другую мелодию, нежели Арканитовый потрошитель
- гитара подлежит трансмогрификации - ей можно придавать вид любого двуручного топора (начиная с 5.2 - любой двуручки, кроме полеарма) и наоборот, но во втором случае играть на ней вы не сможете
- ее можно будет проапгрейдить за очки доблести (2/2 = 491 ил)

P.S. Мне удалось купить на Седогриве этот топорик своему дк 88 левела за 91к. Причем я и не заметила, что эту пуху можно надевать с 85ого уровня, что автоматом делает ее заветной мечтой любого заядлого твинковода (осталось только жалеть, что она не прокнула на ЧР раньше, потому как 85ого дк она бы апнула сильнее, чем 88ого).

после прокачки 491 левел
одев твинку 85 лютню на бг 85-89 пуха становилась 536 левела))
разумеется твинк убивал всё живое ваншотами

в последнем патче к сожалению убран ап итем-левела конкретно этого предмета на бг
предмет не трансмутится
две лютни одеть нельзя)

Удалось заполучить сие чудо, вчера на Седогриве за 73к. Ждал ее очень долго и вчера ух как волновался что, кто-то перебьет. Гитара суперская. Даже играет разные мелодии, а не одну как я думал. Вообщем безумно рад покупке =)

Стояла эта лютня в своя время на черном рынке весь день,никто не делал ставок,в итоге я её и выкупил по начальной цене.Сегодня она опять появилась в продаже и за неё шла война,в итоге ушла за 1,6кк ))Так же,кстати,я и непобедимого купил-был день,когда ставка за него дошла до 5кк,но в следующий раз он простоял весь день никому не нужный,я сделал минимальную ставку 1кк перед сном и на утро он оказался у меня в почтовом ящике.

How to accrue valor points to upgrade this weapon as a level 85.

1)

Get 600 fishing.

Go to Pandaria and fish up Flying Tiger Gourami, Mimic Octopus and Spinefish Alpha. Turn them in to Nat Pagle for a maximum of 15 valor points per day.

2)

Cataclysm raid bosses no longer grant valor when killed but:

Level 85s can enter lvl 90 MoP raids and acquire 40 valor points per boss. You must have a level 90 in the group with you to be able to enter.

With patch 5.4.8 it's become very easy to accrue VP at lvl 85. Go to timeless isle. If you can go with a guild mate, just stand back and collect timless coins. If by yourself, jump into any rare battle, and as log as you tag, you will collect coins and maybe more. Finally, with gathering professions you get coins by doing your thing. The best one is LW due to all the skinning opportunities and aside from getting coins you can make a good bit of gold selling the leather you skin. Every 3,000 coins/once per day, trade it in for a Deeds of Valor which gives 100 VP.

Seems as of recently this item is no longer upgrade-able? (correct me if I'm wrong)
It's on my BMAH and all it says it item lvl 483, no "Upgrade Level 0/1"

EDIT: just won this on my BMAH (yay!), and in contrary to what I thought and Wowhead shows, it is indeed upgradable TWICE like Chakra said below.

I think it's worth noting that this weapon has an attack speed of 3.8, so this is still a very nice weapon for current raids.

The sound of the solo is just awesome, but he doesn't spin his guitar u.u, Very good weapon for fury warrior, equip this on the off-hand and use Неистовый удар сплеча for tons of damage.

I won this axe on my shaman (yes, I spent almost 200k solely for the effect, since no twinks were bidding on it) and I've noticed Flametongue only circles one side of the axe (just fyi if anyone cares) I also posted a detail of the neck & headstock (axe handle and grip) because Blizzard did a great job on them and they're worth noting. As a side note, it IS upgradeable, the image can be copied with Potion of Illusion and it is a lot of fun! GL bidding out there.

Oh, the only bad thing is, you DO NOT do the badass guitar spin in the animation. For a minimum of 70k gold, you should spin that bad boy!

This item can be upgraded with Valor Points. At 2/2 upgrades, the axe is an item level of 491 which will cost you a total of 1500 VP. It's usable by level 85 characters.

This was just taken out of my hands for 510k g. Couldn't go that far, too bad though would've been great on my 85 DK in golden armor.
Also you must get someone to defend you if you plan to get it with a lower lvl! Had a freaking adrenalin rush while bidding against 4 people and getting ganked by hordies.

I just buyed some days ago in sanguino-horde.
but i made two HUGE mistakes:
-being lvl 89 (forgeted the stats escalation)
-being in an spanish server with 0twinks and no bgs of 85-89

Bought on Spirestone for minimum bid; sometimes being on a backwater medium pop server can be a benefit, especially on a random Wednesday when people didn't bother checking BMAH. Regardless to answer a couple questions, yes you turn into Sig Nicious when you use it. I have heard at least 3 different solo's, or at least i THINK i have. When you have the high bid on it, the time remain IS the longest time of your wow life.

I was going to reply you but it turns out i don't have the reputation to do so yet. To answer you, as of last Thursday, my best friend bought the second sun lute on Spirestone (I own the first). So there can be multiples, its just up to the BMAH RNG to whether you get the chance happens or not, and the funding available on the server.

This item JUST appeared for the first time on Silvermoon-US.

I have been hardcore camping it ever since it's release in 5.1 Have been checking the BMAH two or three times a day, every single day, without fail. It has not ever shown up until now.

FINALLY! I was getting really ticked reading about servers with multiples of them. I have been wanting this item so badly, and now I finally have it. I love, LOVE, to brag that I'm the only person on the server that can play the music. Yes I'm a horrible hipster person. I hate myself too.

Ended up paying 175,000g for the record.

P.S. The Arcanite Ripper, however, has not appeared on the BMAH yet. But I already have one from those 2 weeks it was available in Karazhan. So I don't care, but I imagine some of the folks that made me have to bid 175k would really like the Arcanite Ripper to show up.

I made a list of gimmick items which you can use to transform your character into a different form or race or even gender to play around with. I didn't add items like weapons that provide a procc with a transform effect that only lasts a few seconds even though I know about them. Quick question on this item. When it appears in the black market, is the price of the unclaimed container different than the others and is it purple instead of blue in the font? (sorry silly question, but wanted to double check). I'm kinda interested in it but have been burned on those silly chests i.e. leather bracers for a cloth wearer. Any information added would be greatly appreciated! :)

Well this is as useless as a diet crouton now. Go get yourself an Axe of the Tauren Chieftains (ilevel 378) from a Cata dungeon. Save 10s of thouasands of gold. Lose out on a whopping 11 strength. Getting really sick of Blizz flip-flopping on twink gear. Don't want us twinking? DON'T MAKE TWINK GEAR. But don't make twink gear, have us farm it, spend the money on it, and then nerf it to within 4-5 stat points of gear that is 2 years older than it. Infuriating. EDIT - This post was actually upvoted AT THE TIME IT WAS RELEVANT. The downvotes are just from jackasses wondering in 5 years after the fact.

Appeared on the EU Chamber of Aspects BMAH a day ago, starting at 70k.
Tried to win it but got outbid to the point when I couldn't afford it. It ended at 136k.
I gotta save some gold until next time it appears!
