по моему лучшее для чантера если у тебя есть мининг...извечная земля и тьма падает примерно с 3 саронитовых залежей, которых в ледяной короне тьма тьмущая=)

A ring that can be enjoyed by both physical and caster dps, as crit/haste rating now affects both spell and physical combat.
Red sockets are also good for spell damage, strength or agility.

Not only is ArmenianGod's comment 100% correct, but the potential on this ring is MASSIVE, seeing as it has 2 sockets.
The new gems that will be implemented in WOTLK are MUCH more powerful than the ones from TBC. Uncommon WOTLK gems are more powerful than epic TBC gems.
Let's say you put in 2 rare quality red gems (Scarlet Ruby). Some options that come to mind are:
-Runed (
http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?item=39998
), 19 spellpower x2 = 38 spellpower
-Bold (
http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?item=39996
), +16 str x2 = +32 str
-Delicate (
http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?item=39997
, +16 agi x2 = +32 agi
Giving beautiful overall stats, and also gaining the socket bonus.
I'm def getting this.

This ring should be of particular interest to paladins, death knights, and warriors. Very few rings given by quests until later in the game will be sporting strength, in Blizzard's efforts to homogenize gear and thin out loot tables and make more items more generally useful to more class-specs while leveling. Most have raw AP instead, and others have Agility.
Here's a rundown of all strength-based, non-tanking rings from iLevel 150 to 200:
http://www.wowhead.com/?items=4.-2&filter=minle=150;maxle=200;cr=20:42:45:41;crs=1:3:3:3;crv=0:0:0:0#0+2+1
It's a very short list, and only three are attainable before level 80, one of which is poorly itemized. The three above classes all benefit more from strength than AP due to talented conversions (we won't even consider Blessing of Kings' +10% in this scenario, as it's not really a leveling Blessing). Arms Warriors get 4% additional strength. Fury gets an amazing 20% while in Berserker stance. Protection gets an additional 6% as well. Blood Death Knights get 9%, and there is very early Unholy talent for an additional 3%. Retribution and Protection Paladins both get an impressive 15% extra strength. For Protection Paladins and Warriors, there is the added benefit of more Shield Block Value as well -- it's not uncommon for either class to level Protection these days, after all.
So being able to use Bold gems in these sockets is certainly something noteworthy if you're lacking better rings. Hit would have been nicer than Haste, but beggars can't be choosers. However, if you have some money to spare, the
Ring of Scarlet Shadows
requires only one level more and is an amazing pre-heroic/raid ring with the option to socket it as well. Or
Ring of Northern Tears
if you're a caster.
Otherwise, it is generally useful to any DPS class. WotLK is much more restrictive on gemming options until the high 70's, whereas BC was throwing sockets at you in Ramparts so it's nice to see some socketable items show up before level 80. Casters may use this ring, but there are so many rare-quality spell power rings rewarded by quests that will generally outshine this one.
Edit: Rewritten for better information. :]

It's also worth noting that for a Miner/JC this is an incredibly cheap way to level JC from 390-410. I get at least 10 eternal earth and shadow in an hour or so of farming ore.

Also this ring is a cheap way for JCs to get enchanting mats. I make 10 of them a week and have them disenchanted by a friend, they yield lots of dusts, the occasional essence and a rare chance to get a dream shard.

100 rings made to DE
Gold spend about 1300

Infinite dust|Essence|Shard

100g per stack thats 1300gold for dust
20g per essence thats 500gold
Im keeping shards im not selling them but thats would be about 80g.
So spent 1300 gold made over 1800

Confirmed. As a miner/enchanter, it was easy for me to grab the mats and then find a JC to make them and then disenchant them. Made getting to 450 much, much easier. If you have a bunch of useless green gems lying around, there are also
lower
level
rings
and
necks
that JC's can make and have cheaper mats required to make, and will also yield some cheap enchanting mats.
Editted a couple times for clarity and to fix the links.

Made 40 of these about 10 minutes ago....for D/E spent 0 gold becuase I have a miner and these were lying around got the following mats:
106 Infinte Dust(2.65 per D/E)
14 Greater Cosmic Essence(.35 per D/E)
2 Dream Shard(.05 per D/E)
While D/Eing them I saw a lot of 5 infinte dusts pop up maybe just luck but I highly recommend these if you need a lot of dust with little mat cost (especially if you have a miner)

right now prices on my server are 3g/shadow and 7g/earth. thats 10g per ring
dust is about 4g each and cosmics are 16+. its very easy to make a profit selling mats this way. much better than the 2 earth ring is currently, why shadows prices dumped i dont know but im happier now.
now to find an enchanter willing to de about 50+ rings...

I found this to be the easiest way to get infinite dust, cosmic essences, and rarely dream shards. I was leveling jewelcrafting on an alt of mine, and these leveled it pretty well. Mats aren't bad to farm/buy.
Each time I disenchanted them, i got 1-2 greater cosmic essences, 4-8 infinite dusts, and luckily got 1 dream shard.

Looks like the de rate for dust has been upped on these. I just de'd 120 of them and averaged over 4 dusts per (even accounting for the ones that produced cosmic/shards. On the ones that got dust, I was at 5.12 ea. I am guessing that the new expectation is 5 dust per dust de. if other disencraft products have gone up as well, this would explain why dust prices have recently crashed on my server, from range to , and the listings keep coming at stacks for 40ish (or even less) even after I bought up a bunch to try to support the price and we went through a tuesday.

What about this baby with 2
gems
on it giving it an overall 117 Stamina.
Even better than
ring
from ToC

A fantastic money-maker! All you need is a Jewelcrafter and Enchanter to get started.
First, plug in the prices of each item in the formula below:
((3 * ) + (0.3 * ) + (0.025 * )) - () - ()
Solve the formula, giving the amount of profit you should make from each ring. If the answer is negative then you would lose money. If the answer is near zero (less than 1) then you won't make a good profit.
Now, if the profit was good enough, buy equal amounts of Eternal Earth and Eternal Shadow. Make as many s as possible, then disenchant and sell the mats! Profit!
