Indeed, the enchanting info is off, it only gives 1-2 Infinite Dust, i've just disenchanted 72 of these, and here's what i got:
75 Infinite Dust
27 Lesser Cosmic Essence
3 Small Dream Shard
Which comes up pretty close to the percentages of drop rate if it where to drop 1.5 Infinite Dust per time, and the other small variations are because of the small sample size.
Bottom line, not a bad item to disenchant, but not better then any other that share the material cost.
