Целых +6 к выносливости (ну и да, ещё +6 к духу) на 15 минут. Как и любая еда, баф пропадает после смерти персонажа.
Реагенты часто можно найти за копейки на аукционе или можно потратить свое время на фарм мобов.

This probably only concerns Hunters:

While the Raptor Eggs are classified as Meat and can be feed to our pets that can eat Meat, Curiously Tasty Omelet aren't meat.

I farmed Raptor Eggs, thinking that I can increase my cooking skill at the same time while stocking up on Meat for my Cat. Then I tried to feed it this cooked Omelet and it says that my Cat doesn't like that food.

ok I found out a Glich for this.. My lvl 20 Trail Account on Hord side can Use this but its 8 stamina not 6.. ? on Aliance Side its 6 Stamina? weard, Now i know Hord is Favored from Blizzard

I consider this the best stamina/spirit boosting food for lv20 twinks. (for Horde at least)
The raptor eggs are super easy to get. Just go to the cliff area north of ratchet and slaugher every kind of Suncale raptor you find, you'll soon rack up a big stack. The drop rate is about 50%.
Obviously get the recipe first though.

This omelet now give a 605 HP increase, not 121 as stated. The rest of the stats are unchanged.

(Leveling cooking on my lvl 32 hunter I've come across several similar "meals" that has this exact same stat change, from 121 to 605 HP eg the "Суп из кроколиска")

Good food for twink bracket 10-19.
+6 to stamina (and +6 to spirit, but who cares) for 15 min. Just do not die! ;)
Check your auction for cheap reagents or go farm mobs.
