With +10 spell crit and +12 spel damage gem for easy comparison, these boots will have +1 Spell Crit Rating and +13 Spell Damage compared to the crafted Hurricane Boots http://www.wowhead.com/?item=30043. It has no mp5 though, but no Elemenetal Shaman in his right mind cares for that stat anyways. This item also has +7 Intellect but -4 Stamina. Intellect also increases the Spell Crit by +3 rating

OMG WOW!

As a non-bt, non-leatherworker ele sham, these boots are inSANE. These are definitly worth saving 60 badges for if you don't have access to the drops of Naj'entus and aren't a leatherworker.
2 potent nobles in these pretties boosts them to 22 spell crit and 50 spell dmg. Yum.

Toss in a http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28118 and a http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28123 which both can easily be attained with a little casual PvP and that brings you to:

58 Spell Damage

Compare to the boots out of BT http://www.wowhead.com/?item=32242 :

Difference:

Absolutely an amazing bargain to get something very comparable to a BT drop for some 5 man/PvP time invested.

For people interested in transmog:

While not an official "set" these form part of the "Zul'Aman Red" mail set (derived from the texture names in the database). Pieces (including much overlap) are available from both G'eras in Shattrath and from the new ZA/ZG instances. Unfortunately the headpiece can no longer be obtained from any source and is missing from the game. Both a kilt and leggings are available, depending on your taste.

The full set (including missing helm) looks like this. The full list of matching items are:

Head: unavailable. Маска мастера амулетов was removed with the old ZA, no vendor version either
Shoulders: lower-level version only, Наплечье Яростных стихий (sold by Г'ирас, Шаттрат)
