Ребята, может обрадую кого то, сегодня выбила с Живодера-Пустокопа при фарме яиц дракона пустоты. Была безумно удивлена. О его стоимости и редкости узнала только спустя время. Так что не отчаивайтесь те кто фармит, качайте репу с Крыльями пустоты. Может вам повезет и вы полутаете этот прекрасный топор, ну а если нет, то в утешенье вам 6 красивейших маунтов)

I won this with my warrior in Shattered Halls. At first glance I wanted to sell it, as it has very little stats supporting a warrior. I tried, though without luck. At that point I was using the Arkadian Claymore from the Halaa vendor, hoping for upgrades that never dropped.

So in the end I ended up using this on my warrior. As one guy above me mentioned, I can confirm that it has a VERY high proc-rate. On average I would say that it proc's once per mob, and sometimes 3 times on the same mob.

Considering how much it procs, and taking the new buffed haste ratings into account, I ended up being very happy with this axe. If it's an upgrade for your warrior and you fail to sell it; then I can only recommend that you start using it.

It served me very well untill I got my Lionheart Blade.

Pretty nice proc for a shaman. :)

3,5 base weapon speed becomes:
2,5 speed with the Proc 400 haste rating.
1,9 speed with Proc + Flurry.
1.4 speed with Proc + Flurry + Bloodlust/Heroism.

Aaaand.. if these effects below would stack:
2,5 speed with Proc.
1,8 speed with Proc + Haste potion.
1,3 speed with Proc + Haste pot + Flurry.
1,0 speed with Proc + Haste pot + Flurry + Bloodlust.
0,9 speed with Proc + Haste pot + Flurry + Bloodlust + Fishliver Oil.
0,8 speed with Proc + Haste pot + Flurry + Bloodlust + Fishliver Oil + Drums of Battle.
0,7 speed with Proc + Haste pot + Flurry + Bloodlust + Fishliver Oil + Drums + Juju Flurry.
0,6 speed with Proc + Haste pot + Flurry + Bloodlust + Fishliver Oil + Drums + Juju Flurry + Iron Counterweight.
0,5 speed with Proc + Haste pot + Flurry + Bloodlust + Fishliver Oil + Drums + Juju Flurry + Iron Counterweight + Arcanum of Rapidity.

That would be really neat. Now, does anyone know if all of these effects stack up? ^^

Edit: Oh i forgot about some Trinket with use: +haste, but you get the general idea of how neat it could be. ;)

Shaman weapon, nuff said.

Reason why: Windfury is 20% on each hit, and doesnt suffer from procs per minute effects such as crusader or mongoose. Slap on a Mongoose enchant (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=27984) + Windfury (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=25505) + Flurry (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=16284) + Abacus (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28288) and (if your really pissed at someone + Heroism/Bloodlust http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=32182), and then of course the proc itself on the weapon. I probably just said a somewhat replica of the guy above, but I was sorta more reasonable, cause no one is gonna constantly stock up on Haste Pots, Drums, Juju Flurrys, and Fishliver oils... just too much work. But still, this thing is pretty much a 2H Lv70 Flurry Axe (except it hits like a truck).

Btw, picked it off the AH for 600g, definitely a good buy. Warriors have better options such as the Lunar Crescent or Lionheart Blade, Hunters have Sonic Spear, and Pallies could use this just as much as a Shaman (but Shamans have all the kickass Enhancement crap). Lets just hope Blizzard doesnt nerf it. =

Bought it for 400g Upfront, 50g per week for 5 weeks (which is not much for 1 week of farming/leveling) I am only lvl 69 but I can't wait to use this thing!

i got this recently as a gift from guildies :>

it procs quite a lot. i've never had it not proc during arena's and fights in BG's. Coupled with Flurry (pre 2.1.0) attack speed drops to 1.95. When im flurried and it's procced, i pop trinket/bloodfury/deathwish and it starts getting pretty ridiculous and with enrage too you can imagine. I'm currently working on getting http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28288 to see how fast it can be swung. I love it, but you might want to slap savagery on it to make up for a lot of lost stats imo.

Well it could always have been a melee hunter with a truckload of cash, or someone that doesn't know how th chance on hit effects work, though i might add that trinkets with the chance on hit effect do infact proc on pretty much anything. ranged melee spell whatever. Some even proc off use effects on some items i think its the Decapitator 1h axe or somthin that has a use and a fury warrior was commenting on his trinket procin off that.

I've had my Axe for about a month now. Got it for roughly 900g.
I am pleased with it. I had a plasma rat hyperscythe prior to it, and this one does a better job in my opinion.

The only negative.... The proc, for me atleast, always seems to go off right when a mob is about to die (I guess its a good thing the mob is dying so fast).
Well, when the proc goes off right before it dies... the duration of the proc is often wasted running around looking for another mob.

I wish it had more base stats, be it either crit, STR, AP, stam, whatever... something.
But whatever, like I said, I'm happy with it. Procs often. hits hard. And looks hot.

This dropped for me today off of Felspine the Greater, http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10673 on a quest. Took 3 times to solo w/ quest gear, and barely 70 a few days. Not a bad world drop for such a normal quest mob. :-)

Nice axe! i Just got it for my enhanc shaman. hes still mid 50s :(, but i was wondering for how much my WF would crit with this (now i´m siting with 1.2k, with crap gear and that dark iron mace) maybe 2.5 - 3k dmg?
i think i´ll need to let tank stack a few sunders before atk with this baby.

If you think those combos are amazing, imagine this. It would shred bosses in PvE to bits in seconds.

Singing Crystal Axe proc + Flurry + Dragonspine Trophy + Abacus of Violent odds + Heroism/Bloodlust + Haste Pot + Fishliver Oil + Drums of Battle + Mongoose + Arcanum of Rapidity + Deathwish + Windfury Totem + Leader of the Pack + Kings + Might + Elixir of Major Agility + Scroll of Agility = (If my math is correct, which is much to long to post) You are down at a 0.5 speed, with every 1/5 attacks WF, ~ 60% crit with Mongoose, LotP, Kings, Elixir, Scroll, other raid buffs. In 10 seconds you could easily deal 50k damage.

Someone needs to do a test with these.

I've seen several hunters with this axe, so I would like to me a suggestion. If you're a hunter looking for a weapon, please look elsewhere. Chances are whatever it is you are currently using is better for you.

Hey I've been playing around with shammy talents and i came up with this:

I just bought this on Haomarush (EU) for 350G - I was pretty amazed that it was so cheap,., it is usually much more expensive..
Anyway, dunno if I should use it for my hunter who's 70 in a minute or sell it and earn some money.. But it would be a funny weapon to have the moment you reach lvl 70 =P

This does not proc for Hunters.

In other words...

The Haste ability of the axe will not activate unless you hit something with the axe.

With each arrow or bullet you shoot, you have exactly 0% (zero percent) chance to get the Haste buff that is on this axe.

That means if you shoot one arrow or bullet, you have 0% chance of triggering the Haste buff. If you shoot 2 arrows or bullets, you have 0% chance of triggering the Haste buff. If you shoot 8,675,309 arrows or bullets, you have 0% chance of triggering the Haste buff.

If you are a Hunter, do not buy this axe unless you are a melee Hunter. If you are a melee Hunter, buy a ranged weapon and stop being a melee Hunter. Hunters should only use this weapon as part of a comedy routine.

personally what ive done with this axe is loaded the &*%$* out of it with haste (hastee meta,haste enchant for gloves,mongoose,flurry,and this proc can get me down to .75 atk speed) in my opinion a warrior that buys this wont go wrong not sure but it could probably work really well with a shaman to seein as they have flurry.

I use this as my OH for my Fury warrior with Titans Grip.

The Proc rate is awesome, there arent many weapons i will trade this out for.

Using a http://www.wowhead.com/?item=31959 in my main hand, with an Executioner on it of course, has now put my DPS up around the 1150 Mark in longer fights.

Now i just gotta decide wether to keep savagery on the axe, or put Mongoose on it and go for TURBO-CHARGED-KILLING-MACHINE!

btw i got savagery coz i had the mats laying around :)

I am currently dual-wielding these on my warrior, and I have submitted a screenshot to confirm: the procs will not only occur at the same time, but stack, granting a total of 800 haste rating.

This weapon is great for a shockadin build, lvl 70 here: 15% haste (from talents) + 25.36% (proc of 400 haste) = 2.1 weapon speed = 175.95 or 176 dps

For retadins its 3% (from talents) + 2% (mongoose) + 25.36% (proc of 400 haste) = 2.44 weapon speed = 151.43 dps

With the transmogrification feature being introduced in patch 4.3, this weapon could see a spike in interest due to its unique skin. Nothing else matches it in-game, and with everyone going back in time and picking up the same gear, items like this will actually start to stand out because there's nothing else like it in-game. So if you're looking to be unique and stand out, this is one weapon skin that will do a fine job.

On a high population server like mine, its price will go much much higher... my estimation is over 50k - below 100k... why ? because some lads got more gold than than they will ever need in game and they will want to look / feel unique in and out of capital cities.

Edit: you may underrate my comment all you like, this wont change the fact that this axe is going way expensive from now on.

For all of you transmoggers wondering, transmogrifying to this weapon will make your Landslide, or whatever enchant you are using shine trough. So if you want a weapon where you CANNOT see the enchant, I would highly reccomend you to not waste 3.5k on AH like I just did. The enchants doesn't shine trough too much, but your able to see it.

Just a quick one for those of you who give up on farming stuff, though I'm sure one or two of you will curse my luck. Doing a bit of Cen Exp rep farming for the Exalted achi, popped in Slave Pens hrc with a mate. He ran off with a train and ignored one bunch of 3 trash. I thought, well, rep's rep so took a slight detour and killed them. Saw an epic in the loot and thought "ooh, what's that? Sure enough, it was this. Never heard of it before, but I'm quite happy my mate put it on free for all. 0.01% drop rate? Moral of the story is: if yr on a rep run thru an old dunge or raid, *never* think "those mobs aren't worth bothering with" or "I cba to loot." XD

Was farming rep for a couple hours with the Skyguards in the Terokkar Forest killing many Skettis. I didn't know killing the Talonsworn Forest-Rager could drop this epic "Singing Crystal Ax" and "Terokk's Might" back piece. Both pieces dropped for me within 20 min. and a Skettis dropped a pattern: Blackstrike Bracers. All 3 drops happened within an hour and shortly before I got exalted from them. Looked to find out about drops of the ax and could not find any. Nothing shows of drops where I happen to get mine. Guess that's a pretty lucky rare drop for me and wanted to let others know it could happen in this place. Good Luck.....=)

I got this axe today from the Botanica dungeon on normal difficulty. This also drops in raids and heroic dungeons but in normal difficulty dungeons the mobs are scaled to 80 instead of 70 (on a max level character), making the axe have an item level of 100 instead of 70.

Tested 2x Поющий хрустальнокованный топор on my 27 fury warrior and it's an easy 100% uptime on both weapon procs and with 2x Чары для оружия - рыцарь and whirlwind your self healing is crazy too..

I've also tested 2x Смертельный морозand with the 300+haste from 2x Поющий хрустальнокованный топор the massive amount of Смертельный мороз procs was #2 in damage beating whirlwind(off-hand I assume) but the lack of heals from Чары для оружия - рыцарь will get you killed in dungeons when pulling all the threat off tanks :P

Would the Crystal Singing Axe or Destiny be worthwhile to pick up if I'm wanting to take a serious crack at the Mage Tower for my Ret Paladin? Or would I be better off saving the gold?

Can they drop any higher ilvl? Or is ilvl 36(which is what's on the AH) as high as they can go?
