The diamonds needed to make this are worth more, on my realm, than the ring itself. Thus, I make these at a loss, but such one must often do to get skill up.
Regardless, this is a very nice ring for its level. Great for anyone who relies primarily on mana. Stack this with a few other mp5 pieces and you can have some strong regeneration while casting.

It's the cheapest way to level JC all the way up to 290 though.
