I guess this is the set designed for hunters, but also is the best crafted item for enhancement shamans. The other option from LW is the "Scaled Draenic" set which has spell power or the leather items "Wild Dreanish" set and "Thick Draenic" set.
Overall very nice for enha shaman, gives 102 AP and nice amount of melee crit. Unfortunately there is no set really itemised for enha shaman at this level, this is the best you will get unless you really need the stam.
