Probably the best hunter boots in the game at level 61. You won't find a better pair of boots until level 64 and then you will have to go to Mana-Tombs defeat a boss and roll on
Boots of the Outlander
and win! Also these are normally pretty cheap on the AH.

I guess this is the set designed for hunters, but also is the best crafted item for enhancement shamans. The other option from LW is the "Scaled Draenic" set which has spell power or the leather items "Wild Dreanish" set and "Thick Draenic" set.
Overall very nice for enha shaman, gives 64 AP and some melee crit. Unfortunately there is no set really itemised for enha shaman at this level, this is the best you will get unless you really need the stam.
