1 Malachite and 1 Delicate Copper Wire
Best pattern to raise your skill level from 30 - 50. If Tigerseye is cheaper on your server try
Tigerseye Band

For hunters, enhancement shaman, and rogues this is probably the best you're going to easily obtain for 15-20 levels so it is worth checking the auction house from time to time to see if a leveling jewelcrafter put one up for cheap.

I make a lot of gold selling this item. This IS the best in slot agility pendant until you hit level 18 and can get the pvp one. Since a lot of people do pvp from level 10 to 14, to get honor to buy the better gear starting at level 18. Besides that, rogues and hunters NEED these, they make those classes to pwn in pvp and every bit of agility makes them hit even harder. For a rogue, the harder you hit = the longer you live (aside from the extra dodge and crit from agility).
Wowhead says buy out avg = 5g 10s. I sell these from 20 to 35g EACH all the time, on multiple servers. JCs don't do their homework, and I buy these out at 50s to 2g. To be honest, at 50s each, the dust I could get from disenchanting these would sell for more than I spent buying them. (strange dust)
Now, before you think I am bragging and down vote this post. The REASON I am posting this is that I don't NEED the gold at all. I have quite enough. BUT, jewel crafting is quite limited as to what you can make money from, and the mats are generally quite expensive, with a lot of competition. People that are buying these have higher level toons that have lots of gold. For example, a rogue, paying 750 gold each, for 2 mongoose enchants will not even blink at spending 25g for a level 13 pendant. Those that can't afford 25g have a very simple option. Just take mining and JC, make the item, and drop the professions. It is one of the first items you learn to make.
