Loa	Effect	Condition
Capybara	Благословение капибары	Always available

When the effect triggers, the system randomly selects one of the available Loa buffs based on your socketed gems, with each having an equal chance to be selected.

For example, if you have both a Garnet and an Amethyst gem socketed, the proc can be any of the following: Благословение капибары, Боевой клич Налоракка, or Когти Халаззи — each with a 1/3 chance.

Note that Capybara is always in the pool regardless of your gems. If you want to prevent a specific Loa from appearing, simply avoid socketing its corresponding gem.

In case anyone else is confused by the Tooltip displayed here on WoWHead:

Yes, this is an Embellished item and counts against the two you can equip at a time.

EDIT: The tooltip on WoWHead has been fixed, it now has the appropriate Unique-Equipped: Embellished (2) line.

If you want to double this ring’s buff effect, it works with the Stabilizing Gemstone Bandolier embellishment.
Loa’s effect is treated as an embellishment effect for Bandolier scaling, despite unclear wording.

I did some tests with this Ring because i wanted to know if/how much it scales with ilvl (since ilvl scaling is a complete hit+miss on embelishments); here are my results:
LWB@ilvl255 (no Bandolier on 2nd Ring): Filo Buff +44 Primary (Tooltip says +41)
LWB@ilvl255 (Bandolier on 2nd Ring): Filo Buff +88 Primary (Tooltip says +83)
LWB@ilvl272(Bandolier on 2nd Ring): Filo Buff +105 Primary(Tooltip says +97)
LWB@ilvl285(Bandolier on 2nd Ring): Filo Buff +118 Primary(Tooltip says +110)

I also observed the other buffs, but my primary interest was in Filo, obviously. What i noted on the others:
Nalorakk: This buff will start at 1 Stack and 5s duration, then stack up on its own to 10 stacks, continuing to display 5s remaining, upon reaching 10 stacks it will continue to display 5s remaining for ~10s and then actually count down and fade. This means every procc is up for 5+10+5 = 20 seconds at (5 + 10*3)/4 = 8.75 Stacks avg. A stack is 6 crit without Bandolier and 12 with Bandolier, it does NOT scale with ilvl. That means a single Nalorakk procc is worth ~ 53/106 crit for 20 seconds.
Akil'zon: Simple 15s procc, 113/226 haste, only depending on Bandolier or not, no ilvl scaling.
Halazi+Jan'alai: 0.5 - 2% damage contribution. Worthless, imo.

My conclusion:
Since Filo is the best procc already and also the only one that scales with ilvl, you will probably want to avoid having anything but ONE gem color in your gear. I would take Garnet or Peridot, depending on whether you prefer Crit or Haste. I tried using TWW Gems to force Filo since current Gems really aren't a huge upgrade over TWW statwise, but no luck: Anything but current expansion gems are TURNED OFF in current expansion items. Skipping 3-6 Gems is definetly not worth it for this Ring, so just take Crit or Haste, imho.

Real question is: Is that Ring any good? For that to judge we have to compare it with the other good embelishments, like Подкладка из тайной ткани, which is +44/88 primary for the user and +11/22 for another party member @ 285. I used a WCL with only 1 out of 5 people wearing Arcanoweave to get some uptime-data on that, and it seems Подкладка из тайной ткани has ~ 50% uptime for the user and obviously the same for one random party member for the weaker part of the buff. Since LWB also has 50% uptime (2PPM, 15s Buff) you can directly compare the strength of the buffs: Подкладка из тайной ткани is 55/110 @ ilvl285 (double the amount if you wear two of them). LWB is 59/118 @ ilvl285. So LWB ends up higher.
But consider:
- LWB will not always procc Filo. Nalorakk+Akil'zon are both weaker, especially at higher ilvl since they do not scale.
- If you put Подкладка из тайной ткани on a Bracer, you can still chose the stats with a Missive; that is not true for LWB. So if Crit+Mastery aren't good stats for you, LWB will instantly lose a big chunk of its value.
- LWB only proccs from damage while Подкладка из тайной ткани proccs from everything, so it is superior for Healers.

Still, from what i have seen so far LWB is actually a good contender. Certainly better than most embelishments.

UPDATE:
I went ahead and upgraded my LWB to 285; Filo is 59/118 for that ilvl (Tooltip will say 110). Akil'zon still 113/226, so no ilvl scaling on anything but Filo. Will check the uptime of the buff in an actual Dungeon later.

UPDATE2:
Finally came around to playing some Dungeons. Had hoped to do them as Shadow but ended up healing as Disc. Not ideal, since LWB only proccs from damage and as Disc you will both have non-damage casts and unused GCDs compared to a DPS spec, but still here goes:
Uptime on Filo was ~17% over 4 Dungeons and Akil'zon ~14%, so combined ~31% uptime. That is - sadly - far below the 45-55% range i have seen Healers sport with Arcanoweave and half the time it was the weaker buff.
My conclusion is that while LWB is not totally unusable, Arcanoweave is the better option in basically all realistic scenarios. Even if the uptime were the same for DPS, you would still end up with a weaker Buff half the time - but the gap is certainly smaller for DPS. In future patches the value of secondary stats will increase while that of primary comes down, as is always the case. But then LWB will still not scale those secondary-proccs (unless Blizzard changes the Item, which i strongly doubt they will).

UPDATE3:
I dragged myself into a dungeon as Shadow, making sure to socket a Garnet before so i could say something about the combined uptime of all 3 buffs. My results were: Filo 23%, Nalorakk 17%, Akil'zon 16%, so a combined uptime of roughly 55%, as was to be expected with 2 PPM and all 3 buffs lasting a little longer than 15s (16,20,16). I am still not totally convinced having more options in the pool to benefit from back-to-back proccs is really worth it. Especially if Crit is not really that great for you, Nalorakk is a fair bit weaker than Akil'zon and with just 2 options in the pool you still have a 50% chance to get a second buff, while three options only raises that number to 67%; not great, imho.
As for a comparison with Подкладка из тайной ткани assuming i had the exact same uptime with it (it should be minimally lower since back-to-back proccs always waste uptime with Подкладка из тайной ткани while they only do "sometimes" with LWB): Подкладка из тайной тканиx2 would provide me with 88 primary. It also provides "somebody" with 22, but let's just ignore that completely and only look at personal benefit. 88 primary is ~4.2% increase in my case and primary is usually roughly 50% of that in actual damage gained, so 2.1% damage buff with 55% uptime ~1.2% damage increase overall.
Using the same math, LWB comes up with 0.6% (Filo) + 0.8% (Akil'zon) + 0.4% (Nalorakk) = 1.8%.
I am sure simming would provide far greater detail, but that is the ballpark and also simming would not change the relative strength in comparison. Obviously Подкладка из тайной ткани gains additional value with the +25% additional procc on somebody else.
For comparison: Печатка азеротских благословений provides a very simple ~2/4% buff (Bandolier) with 50% uptime. I have that ring on another character and actually after all of these tests....i think right now Печатка азеротских благословений is the better option overall.
