Серебряный Мститель (Argent Avenger) - выглядит также, как этот меч, но эфес красный, давался за цепочку 1,2,3,4 (голова для кв 1 дропает только после квеста Архивариус), после Катаклизма его не получить.
Пылающий меч Тибу (Teebu's Blazing Longsword) - красный джедайский меч, меч дворфа с коробки с CD классика, сейчас добыть очень сложно, читайте англ. коменты к ниму
Клинок колдовства (Blade of Wizardry) - не слишком джедайский, так как слишком сильно светится белым и лишь немного красным, мелкий дроп с хаев БК

А кто-нибудь выбивал этот меч после выхода Катаклизма? Я уже раз 30 с лишним ходил за ним и до сих пор не выбил, хотя шанс дропа здесь указан 18%. странно что-то...

UPD. Выбивал долго и упорно, написал ГМу, есть ли тот меч вообще? ГМ ответил через 2 дня, сказал, что есть. После этого меч упал с первого же раза. :)

Ходил своим рогом 66 лвла в рандом инсты, попался этот босс. Килльнули, клинок выпал, а его сролил Вар, после чего тут же мне отдал (за что я ему безгранично благодарен). Сейчас думаю что-бы приодеть к этому клинку )

Зловещая сабля Всадника Зловещая сабля Всадника - дроп с Тыквовина выглядит аналогично Пылающий меч Тибу Пылающий меч Тибу... надеюсь мысль в предверии 4.3 понятна :)

Я обнаружил 1 штуку 200 лвл на одном из моих альтов, а моя жена на своём акке целых 3 :)

PS. в данном Тыквовине меч будет 365 уровня

Еще раз: носить-рпшить эти мечи можно.
На свое боевое оружие повесить внешность - НЕТ.
Одноручные мечи Тибу и Серебряный Мститель, этот же, как и клинок волшебства, правая рука, что, по мнению близов, не является одноручным.
Точнее это не смогут сделать дк и роги, магические мечи - правая рука.

Выбил своим паладином и обломался, данный меч можно трансмогрифицировать только на меч "правая рука", а мой меч - одноручное, так что никак не получается(

Несмотря на то, что на обычном уровне сложности Менну- предатель дропает всего 6 вещей включая искомую пушку, выбить этот меч не так легко. Лично мне он выпал где-то после 40-ка забегов. Удачи всем.

Упал на 13-ом заходе... 5 пар штанов, 3 пояса, 3 кинжала и 1 тело и наконец-то меч. Не так сильно светится как ожидал, но на первое время пойдет.

Нашел его через атлас подземелий, когда искал одноручный меч для альта дк. Упал в первый же заход, 90-м можно спокойно доходить до Менну и бить его, потом выход и обновить инсты и т.д. За 3 захода упало 2 меча, что и требовалось :)

Самый простой способ фарма: ходим на Повелителя холода Ахуна, после кила боса ждём пока все ливнут из пати, и идём на следующего боса данного инста во время праздника "Огненный солнцеворот" сколько влезет весь день, при этом на вас не вешается кд , не надо никуда бегать, а спокойно регайте инст и всё =)

17.04.2018, 7.3.5, выпал. 14 заходов.

Мне понадобилось:

При добегании до Менну Предателя остаётся примерно 40% ХП, в мобов по дороге врезаться нельзя, ибо ХП стремительно пойдёт вниз. На последних метрах Стремительный бег отрубаем, и пока с одной тычки доказываем Менну, что он не прав и лутаем его, ХП восстановится для обратной дороги.

When it dropped, all party members said, that it's nise pally sword, but i (lock) need roolled it. So we had no pally in our group, so there were no stupid questions of "ninjaing" this sword.
And now i look pretty cool, kind of Luke Skywalker TT

Just to add, all enchant glows stack with the "lightsaber"-like animation. Just got mine on my lock, had some extra Fiery enchant mats on me so decided why not. And it turns out: Blue + Red = awesome :)

PALADINS -

If this sword drops in your Slave Pens run.. roll on it! It is first and foremost a Paladin weapon, and only secondly a caster weapon. Casters have a magnitude of options to choose from in the form of staves while questing. As someone said above, any decent caster will have Battle Mage's Baton at 65, as it is an amazing weapon for that level.

Paladins however have practically no options for good spell dps swords. This is the only worth-while one until level 70. Yes, that's right. Level 70 Crystalforged Sword is better, but in between now and then, there is honestly nothing good.

Even if you're not planning to go Prot, this weapon is good. Holy Paladins WILL want this for PvEing, as it will allow them to wear sword & board while dpsing with Righteousness and Concecrate. Ret pallies will want to roll for this too. You never know.

If one day you respec Prot to tank before 70, you will be kicking yourself for not rolling on this sword.

I conned guildies into helping me farm this sword for my prot pali. We 4 maned the boss with 70 prot warrior, 70 hunter, 64 prot pali (pretending to heal) and a 61 ret pali (also pretending to heal). It took us 1 attempt lol. Dropped first time.

Personally i see this as more of a pali sword then a caster sword. damage and healing? mages cant even heal themselves and locks heal their pets... this is totally a pali sword first.

I got this last night in Slave Pens, and I have to say it's much better than the Diamond Core Sledgemace (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24384) that I had before. Plus, if you're upset about the DPS, then buy an enchant. Maybe sharpen it or something. I enchanted it myself with Minor Striking (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=7788) and it's great. Drops of 1st boss and has a fair drop rate. 1st boss in Slave Pens, not at all difficult to get. I highly recommend it. Level 63 Prot Pally.

I can confirm enchant glows stack with the blue glow on this. I have enchanted this with executioner and if i am lucky enough you will see a screenshot of it soon!

I already prepared materials for Sunfire just waiting for our guild enchanter to get online, then you will eventually see this with Sunfire.

I tried putting Lifestealing on this weapon, and the effects are not noticeable. Don't waste your money like I did! Too bad... purple + blue would've been cool :(.

Just got this baby today for my pally tank got this baby for my pally and it was a huge up grade over http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24384. In terms of stats the upgrade wasn't much but 2.20 is the max speed that should be used for pally tanking.

Shadow priests cannot use swords, as already mentioned.

Also, do not dismiss spell hit so quickly. A resisted spell = 0 dmg. Any caster looking to do any PvE should look to get to the cap & stick to it.

From WoWWiki:
* 96% chance to hit an even level target
* 83% chance to hit mobs 3 levels higher
* 87% chance to hit players 3 levels higher
* Chance to hit caps at 99%

So, with this sword & perhaps http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24359, from the same boss sadly, you're good to go. This is of course assuming you have no talent points dedicated to spell hit, & are not/not partied with a Draenei caster.

This is a VERY nice pally tank weapon. I was very excited to get it, but then hit lvl 65 the same day and got a quick upgrade to this http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25759. So yes, there is an upgrade before lvl 70 for u pally tanks. I put my +40 spell power enchant on this and i'm ready for my last 5 lvls. Too bad I didn't get to use my lightsabre for very long though :)

If you prot pallies cant get a hold of this sword just pick up a preservers cudgel from the cenarion expedition it has same spell damage no hit rating though :P

Anyone feel that the droprate for the sword is lower than the other items. I have never seen it drop and have only heard of it dropping once. Been farming this on my 80 rogue i tried doing this when i was 70 but i could never get past the two sentry guards even while sprinting then vanishing. But now that rogues have dismantle it might be possible to do it at 70. blind one or if ur lucky sap one then wail on the other. and hope u kill it down b4 sap runs out. well thats my 2 cents on this feel free to purge this.

assuming you are going for the sword as a novity item where as i would say that would be a casting sword :p

though rogues with mana = pwn :p

and keep in mind there 2 other "light sabers" ones the argent weapon from a strath quest chain
and the other was/is an epic drop used to have a good amoung when aq was released because of a elite dropping it (10% i believe i might b wrong?) and now its almost nonexsistant but hey if ur going for looks this is def a good reason to farm SP :) )

the +hit rating makes other weapons a better choice for holy pallys, but this is still decent. need on it if it is an upgrade and others in your group do not need it.

Zahrym quoted earlier on his official twitter account that in 5.2 they will be removing main hand/off hand restrictions to weapons for transmog. Also most likely it will be possible to transmog a sword - axe - mace etc.

So get this NOW!

I think the drop rate for this may have been significantly reduced... I used to see this drop all the time back in the day, and would have agreed with that 17% rate, but I've been trying to farm it for my DK and so far I've done about 50 runs now and it still hasn't dropped. A couple friends have similar stories. One friend got it after 20 runs, another after about 40. I know it's *possible* that it *can* just be "extremely bad luck" but that seems pretty unlikely.

I have an Unholy DK that uses 2 weapons. Now I was able to use 1 model for 2 different swords. When I put the Cinderglacier on one of them it turned a deeper blue.

Like I said on the WOW page.......

As of 5.3, you can now transmorg this off-handed weapon to any off-handed weapon or one-handed weapon.

TL;DR: you can use this as transmorg for your one-handed swords.

I've been killing this guy for a few days now and I never get this sword to drop. I'm pretty sure it's no longer in the game. anyone able to argue differently?

I finally had the sword drop. It only took me about 3 days and almost 30 kills to get the sword to drop for me.

The enchantment Jade Spirit DOES in fact show through for this weapon, however the particle effect is very subtle. The color does NOT appear to be existent though.
Just a lil tip for you 'moggers out there.

I'm not sure who posted that photo, where the swords sheath on the back... I certainly have it & they don't sheath on the back but on the sides. One of the minor reasons why I didn't xmog them on my RP character.

quick and dirty way for alliance * any race warriors. create gnome warrior, get very light sabre, get quickly to level 10, then pay for the race change, and voila the 2handed very light sabre sword is still with you.

There are other alternative blacksmithing 1 and 2 handed swords you can make. but this is by the easiest and quickest way of getting this exact sword, at level 3 for charge reward on gnome

On release of the new Starwars VII: Force Awakens movie, on December 17th 2015 All the guards in Stormwind have been issued these "Light Sabers", and the Oggrimar guards got the Teebu's Blazing Longsword

Decided to list the items with a 'lightsaber' look since the 'same model as' tab isn't listed or isn't complete.
I've listed them by transmogable level:

BLUE
1. Очень легкая сабля lvl 1 Гном quest reward.
  Survives both faction and race changes!
2. Длинный меч огненных чар lvl 62 dungeon drop.
RED
1. Пылающий меч Тибу lvl 60 incredibly rare drop.
2. Клинок волшебства lvl 70 rare drop.
  Is a brighter red.
