A friend got the stone drop yesterday and he said that the item droped directly into his inventory like a Legion legendary, no roll nor loot needed.

This makes me wonder, since its not part of the boss loot table, can you do the boss several times the same week on the same difficulty for it to drop or its locked to 1 try per diff weekly?

Looks like it will prioritize the wielder. If the wielder already has a buff active from it, then it will send out a buff to someone else nearby. Does not require you to be in a party with someone to buff them.

So eh...everytime someone pick that up there's a message all around the Worlds of Warcraft to tell it ?
Quite annoying if you ask me. Just like the "buy Dragonflight" message after every loading when you're level 60.

BEFORE farming the Temporal Vestigial! Use the quest thing to teach a crafter friend who is willing to help that is either Engineer, JC ro BS to get them the Temporal Gossamer quest.

I put a comment on the quest that describes completion. Once completed, then the crafter gets the Empowered Temporal Gossamer. When used on the Dracthyr, the item is lost, but the Dracthyr gets a 50% buff to the drop rate.

Whoever thought the way this is broadcast is a good idea needs to be fired. How ignorant can you be to think that someone raiding legacy raids in Northrend needs to see this? Or mining in Pandaria? Fix this nonsense. I wouldn't mind if it I were in the main Dragon city, but everywhere else this is ridiculous.

Does anyone know how the Unbound Surge buff works precisely? It will always target yourself first if you do not currently have the buff, and then an ally if you do have the buff.

But I noticed that the 10 second buff on myself will sometimes "jump" to an ally part way through its duration. The ally then gets the buff for the remaining duration based on when it jumped. The little yellow orb effect will also move to the ally, indicating who has the buff at any moment.

But after doing some brief testing on target dummies in Valdrakken, I cannot find any rhyme or reason to how it decides to jump, or when, or to whom it jumps. Sometimes I'll get the full 10 second duration on myself, sometimes it will jump after only 2 seconds, and many other random amounts in between.

Has anyone figured out how this works yet?
