For DPS: Desirous Blood stone counts as a healing stone for the purposes of triggering this gem.
I just tested a target dummy using Desirous Blood stone, Prophetic Twilight Stone, and Flame Licked Stone. Each time one effect was applied the other was also.

Together, they proc often enough that the Flame Licked Stone overwrote itself a bunch and lost loads of damage. If you're going to use this combo, you probably want to use Humming Arane Stone or Freezing Ice Stone instead because the damage is instant. The flame licked stone may be usable without the Prophetic Twilight Stone, but it's not good with it.

Edit: The above was supposedly fixed, but flame stone is still bad with prophetic twilight. As Khazi says, rolling is not stacking.

This seems to be the end-all be-all primordial stone for most classes to deal damage, just because it's effectively 4 stones instead of 3 when paired with Камень алчущей крови.

If you are looking to craft this stone, it seems to be that you currently have a 1 in 2 chance of getting it from the Концентрированная темная магия

Anyone know if upgrading ilvl on this stone does anything? Does it proc the effect at the level of the Prophetic Twilight Stone rather than the level of the stone it's triggering?

Does anyone know if the Prophetic Twilight Stone, receives any improvement with the level upgrade, apart from increasing the stamina of the ring, as well as reducing the proc or something?

This is suddenly the #1 stone for all warlock specs. What exactly do warlocks have for a "healing effect"? All our recommendations were for flame-based stones a couple of days ago and now they've all been changed.

I do wonder if this Prophetic Twilight Stone can proc Shining Obsidian Stone even without a shield stone that would usualy proc it!

I tested this with Desirous Blood Stone, and yes, it did proc, but even at 424 the damage done is low, ranking 13th, this is far from what Storm Infused Stone does with Desirous Blood + Prophetic Twilight ranking often 2nd / 3rd of my total dmg

Question about this stone and its infamous combo with the Desirous Blood Stone as I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

Can this cause Desirous Blood to proc itself or does it need a second damaging stone to proc off of?

I was wanting to run a more defensive stone like one of the shield stones for world content but would that just make this stone a waste?
