On the 10.1 PTR the trinkets gives buffs depending on the dragonfligt oathstone you are associated/resonate with:

The trinket lets you channel the following spell infront of an oathstone
- Red dragonflight gives the buff which increases your versatility by 521.
- Blue dragonflight gives the buff which increases your mastery by 521.
- Bronze dragonflight gives the buff which increases your haste by 521.
- Green dragonflight gives you the buff which increases your crit by 521.

You can also get the that gives a wooping 130 secondary stats (Crit, haste, vers, mastery) which is probably obtained by resonating with the black dragonflight oathstone outside the obsidian citadel.
(On the 10.1 PTR Both the green and Black dragonflight oathstone buff are unobtainable by normal means. You can get the obsidian buff by unequipping the trinket, relogging and equip again).

Allies sworn to a different dragonflight also get 57 secondary stats from your buff.

All Secondary Stats from Obsidian Oathstone: /way 27.61, 63.31

To attune this trinket, use it (right click or /use) while near one of the dragonflight's Oathstones. By default, you are given the Obsidian (Secondary Stats) buff. After Resonating with a flight, the trinket remembers your chosen Resonance if you unequip and re-equip it. You can change your Resonance as often as you like.

You'll get a large amount of your chosen Resonance, plus a minor amount of any other Resonances in your party, if you have them.

To activate the trinket your must first attune the trinket. Doing so will give you one of the following buffs:

Currently there is a bug with this trinket where it does NOT remember your choice if you swap specs, it will go back to default state (all stats), making it near useless during raid.

Hello. I play Druid and when I change specs I've noticed the trinket went back to Black dragonflight which distributes the secondary stats between them all.

I've been struggling a bit to figure how this works, and to keep the Brozen haste bonus which is the one and what worked for me is to have the trinket in the same slot of all the specs and gear configurations.

So remember: As long as you don't unequip or move the trinket between trinket slots you'll keep the chosen buff even if you log out. but if you do, you'll lose the buff and you have to go back to the dragon stone to get it again.

Okay, I'm a bit confused and just want some clarity, from anyone who has experience with it.

The "allies sworn to another flight" is other players who have THIS TRINK and have attuned it another way than yours is set to?

When multiple people have this, the effects keep getting re-applied and it makes an annoying sound.

You can use these sound IDs to mute it (MuteSoundFile addon):

Did anyone manage to sim it correctly ?
Using simc addon cant properly sim it , since after i attune the trinket ( for example to mastery) i doesnt read it properly .

We had an issue in raid where we had everyone with each of the buffs but we weren't receiving all of the buffs. Each of us were always missing one. I was missing the crit buff, and the person with the crit attunement was missing the all secondary stat buff and so on.

Can confirm this dropped from the current TW chest (Pandaria). I'm sure it's a "no duh" moment, but if it's something you were looking for, it's a chance to drop.

Seems that if you have multiples of this trinket, they can only be attuned to a single buff. I wanted to have one for haste and one for mastery for when I switched specs, but no matter what I tried, when I set one, the other changed as well.

Blizzard should stop making trinkets like this. Almost all classes and specs need it, so your chance to get it is practically 0.

Change each of the "ilevel=XXX" to 437 or whatever you need to make it correct for your item. "ilevel=424" for LFR/Veteran, or "ilevel=437" for Normal/Champion, "ilevel=441" for Heroic/Hero, or "ilevel=447" for Mythic/Myth, etc. (or anything in between!)

EDIT: Adding the following in case you want to sim against trinket slot #2 (or both).

The above assumes that you want to place the trinket in trinket slot 1, you can place it in slot 2 by using the following instead:
