Proc-rate and damage of these is shockingly bad, do not waste your spark crafting them unless they get buffed.
Does less than 2% of my damage in a key overall
with
the Toxified Armor Patch on another piece of gear.
As of patch 10.1 the damage on these has been buffed to be competitive with other embellishments.

I will note that these do not seem to proc on a shielded target. The Underrot final boss for example, since it is permanently shielded, the boots will only proc on the spawned adds and will not seem to proc on the boss itself.
