I tried this trinket both in raid and dungeon as a healer.
It was the very last thing in my Details! board. Out of 6m healing done, it did 15k and 37k as overhealing.
So, in conclusion, unless you literally have NOTHING else, don't ever use this trinket even for casual things, at least for healers.
