If you are looking to max out your cooking, this is a fantastic dish to use, once you've done the fishing questline on Mechagon. Make sure you train rank 2 asap (at 155 I think). It goes green at like 172 but who cares; it's practically free to make because the mats are so easy to farm. Enjoy!
