There's a strange bug/glitch associated with this trinket. I was testing my dps, so when I had both Залитый кровью блок мясника and Зандаларская эмблема, Глаз мясника did not proc at all. The moment I took Зандаларская эмблема off Глаз мясника procced right away. Idk if this bug is only associated with these 2 trinkets, or with any trinket that has a passive proc if you have that and Залитый кровью блок мясника equipped, but I can confirm that this is happening.

If this gets fixed feel free to reply with a confirmation, I'll try to edit it if this does get fixed.
