Также каждый день дополнительные 4-6 Тыквовинские сладости

Для начала вам потребуется персонаж 40+ уровня.
Далее летим в новый Даларан, если доступа нет. То портуемся в Азсуну (через комнату порталов в столицах) и летим в новый Даларан.
В центре Даларана, напротив травников, будет таверна. В ней сидит орк Дурок Железнозуб, который дает НАЧАЛЬНЫЙ кв Опасайтесь Узловатого Древа
Летим в Вальшару, недалеко от деревни Браденсбрук.
Сдаем задание Ведьма Узловатого Древа и берем ЕЖЕДНЕВНЫЙ кв Под Узловатым Древом

В награду получаем Вещи колдуньи, из которой падают шапки! Не конь, то хотяб шапка!

EDIT: Since writing this post, these hats and many other holiday items have now been made eligible for transmogrification only during their associated holidays. After the event ends, any equipment transmogrified into these items are reverted to their default appearance. Although it is an improvement, it still falls terribly short of what many people hope from a wardrobe system. Perhaps these restrictions will be removed completely someday.

While the set of "Sister" Hallow's End hats are flagged as cosmetic (Шляпа первой сестры, Шляпа второй сестры, Шляпа третьей сестры, Шляпа младшей сестры), it is unlikely that their ineligibility for transmogrification is a bug.

The main developer in charge of transmogrification seems to disagree with the others adding in specifically cosmetic flagged hats as World Event rewards, and has gone through and unflagged all of them with the exception of the Корона Огненного Солнцеворота.

Even items added after a few years into a world event revamp specifically for transmog (and were eligible for years until the revamp, such as Отличная шляпа странника, were removed and Zugsworth adamantly fought against them in his thread.

Oddly enough, community backlash apparently convinced him that the Crown was supposed to be moggable due to when it was introduced, but the Pilgrim Hat wasn't (one of several fallacies in his limited number of posts regarding the topic), and it was added back in.

No, seriously, seasonal items with no stats (Pilgrim's Hat) are generally not intended to go in your appearance library

Crown of the Fire Festival should not be transmoggable. Pilgrim's Hat shouldn't have been on live servers, sorry.

Hello again friends, an end of day update for you. The Crown of Fire Festival will be reverted back to transmoggable - I misread the data on when it was made transmoggable, this one's my fault, I apologize. I thought the transmoggability was a 7.0 change. As it was a quest reward, it will be automatically restored to your appearance library.

My advice? Continue to farm them if you don't find the daily a hassle, but don't hold your breath. Blizzard has a massive issue with freedom regarding character customization to begin with, and there are very obvious miscommunications going on.

I also recommend submitting feedback on the forums, in-game via the suggestions (or, in this case, bug report box), and/or via @WarcraftDevs on Twitter in hopes of seeing more relaxed transmog restrictions, and consistency for items tagged as "Cosmetic".

Someday we may see a wardrobe system that isn't several years behind every other game on the market, but for now, we have to fight tooth and claw just to be able to wear a fancy hat.

These fantastic-looking, newly-created items are intended to be stored in your bank or void vault. Thanks to blizzards recent implementations concerning transmogrification with tabards, shirts and the wardrobe, there will be lots of space in both where they should lie untouched until the day wow ends, your account is removed or the rapture.

Way to add in a new quest and then immediately make it useless. Nobody is doing this anymore because the hats aren't moggable. :(

edit: it's now moggable only during Hallow's End as of 7.2.5.

You need 2 ppl to down her. 1 person interrupts the first time the other the 2nd time, rinse & repeat. Easy! You can solo her on an enhancement shammy, though. Your interrupt is up every 12 secs which is just enough time to interrupt every time. Also, Is I find it funny that the hat looks like the sorting hat from the Harry potter movies & it's located on Radcliffe Landing, which is the last name of Daniel Radcliffe = Harry Potter.

All 4 hats are moggable, rejoice wizard and witch moggers, you can finally have the giant, over sized, silly, pointy hat youve always wanted!

If like me this year (2018) there were 20+ people there. I went to location, clicked her, clicked cauldron, went in, there where 20+ folks in there too... killed in about 30 sec, pow. got bag, got hat...

Where does the quest begin to get these? I've been all over Bradensbrook and I see no hag with a quest.

I'm pulling that info from Blizzard's own website where it states "Head to Val’sharah to undertake a quest that begins with the Hag of the Crooked Tree in Bradensbrook. "

I kept going back with my main and all alts to try and get all four hats. This one was clearly the rarest drop. She's also difficult to solo if you don't have good enough dps because you have to kill her before the five minute buff expires or else you're phased back out. I was able to do it with my 208 ret pally (Shadowlands). Some of my other alts just couldn't solo her. My main can nuke her easy. You just got to interrupt her fears as much as you can.

As of January 26th, 2023, this hat along with all of the witch hats associated with Hallow's End, can be transmogrified all year round.
