Если бы урон этой еды скалировался от искусности, то это было бы круто, у меня показывает около 27к урона за шар, но к сожалению скалируется только в тултипе, на практике 1-2% прироста к дпс и ~2 прока в минуту. 375 и 300 искусности для энха надежнее, это ~2%

The spell casted when this procs is Обжигающее дыхание which has approximately 2 procs per minute. The damage it does scales with Versatility and Mastery such as Искусность: великая сила стихий which increase Fire damage done.

The interaction between Обжигающее дыхание and Искусность: великая сила стихий is currently broken and only shows the extra damage on the tooltip, but does not deal the extra damage.

I don't know why the other shaman was getting downvoted but what he's saying is true. The interation between enhancement's mastery and Pepper breath does not currently work even though the tooltip and buffs show otherwise.

Does not scale well for timewalking, giving huge damage bonus (each fireball dealing 10660 in BC timewalking event).

This item is nerfed for discipline priests; it does only about 6.7k damage per hit.

This is currently not working at all for Affliction Warlocks on live in 7.1. I smacked an enemy with my staff and got a proc, nothing on spell casts though.
