I found two of these while farming in the Eastern Plaguelands. First one dropped off of a Plague Ravager, the second off of a Scarlet Warder. I found both of them within one-half hour of each other! Slapped a +3 Agility enchant to both, sold for 30g each.
In my opinion, this is a great cloak for a rogue, hunter, or feral druid, Druid or Hunter more so than the rogue, but good for all.

I had two (2) of these drop for me in the Eastern Plaguelands. First time, it was off of one of the Scarlet paladins leading into Tyr's Hand. The second dropped off of a water elemental just outside Tyr's Hand. I find it funny that they both dropped in the same day, ~30 minutes apart, about a 20 second walk from each other.

This dropped for me from a Sturdy Treasure Chest, which at the time of me posting this, isn't on the "Contained in Tab" for this item.

Nice-looking cloaks with fur on top. Fur color is brown-ish except for Black colored ones.
