После 1-2 апгрейда - один из самых красивых топоров в игре. После 2 апгрейда вообще больше похож на алебарду или бердыш (т.е. древковое). Странно, что Близы не стали развивать эту "стальную" тематику, при том, что можно было создать много красивого оружия.

2 таких топора - отличный выбор для фури-вара на 91 уровне.

Интересно заметить, что улучшения 2, 3 (т.е. разница моделей) не отображаются на топоре визуально, если дать его Стражу Скверны (Символ стража Скверны) . Потратился,а в руке демона модель обычного топора. Очень расстроился

Фури могут носить 2 таких топора с меткой бесподобия - топ статы крит и искусность под данный спек
прокачав на 705 пару топоров можно на 91 убивать все живое, собрав полностью мобов со всей локации, в инстах до 100 полностью на 75% весь дпс будет ваш из 5 мен пати..

This is the Crafted 2-H Strength weapon in Warlords of Draenor. It is able to be upgraded five times, to ilvl 645, 660, 675, 690 and 705 respectively.

It looks simpler than most axes but is quite elegant despite this. Frankly, it looks beautiful.

I appreciate the addition of normal looking weapons with upgraded visuals to the game, however it's such a shame we just get an axe, and no mace or sword options.

I'm guessing there is no way to change the stats when upgrading this weapon to levels 2 and 3? I crafted the level 1 option but it didn't have the secondary stats I wanted. For that amount of materials you would there would be some control over the secondary stats.

Use Шлифовальный камень из истинной сталиs to reroll the secondary properties until you get what you want!

It's random - just keep rerolling until you randomly hit the one you want. Pray to the gods of RNG before using. If that works well for you, become a cleric.
Does not cause the item to become Soulbound, so feel free to use it on your own gear, or stuff you intend to sell or give to your really good friends.
Does not change or remove any Transmog you may already have on the item.
Does not effect any Upgrades you may have already done to the base item.
Does not change or remove any WoD weapon enchantments that you may have already applied to the item.

WoD Crafted Cloaks, Weapons, Shields will not be created containing, and will NOT REROLL to contain, Spirit or Bonus Armor (Healer or Tank, respectively).

Okay, does merciless no longer exist? Because I've rerolled with something like 40 grinders and I've yet to get it.

- The weapon changes in appearance to be more elaborate as it is upgraded, with the addition of scrollwork, accents, and other visual features

As of 6.2, item level 705 is the maximal upgrade that can be performed on these items.

I just bought this axe with a 3/4 upgrade (level 660) on the A/H for a great price. I had enough mats to make a greater powerful steelforge essence and attempted an upgrade to 4/4 and it will not let me do it. What gives?

Can I duel weld these as a Fury Warrior? There are screen shots of this axe being duel welded but I would have thought they would be unique equipped. Or can you duel weld if the axes you have are on different levels?

It says the steelforged greataxe of the peerless 6/6 can have 155-255 Crit or mastery, does anyone know if it's easy to get the top end stats or possible at all?

I'm currently rocking two of these as a Fury Warrior, however..

Now that I'm level 100, how do these compare to http://www.wowhead.com/item=126612&bonus=0 ?

Would it be more beneficial to buy two WCGreatswords and just swap to them for PvP and use my Steelforged's for PvE?

How much of a stat boost to iLvl 730 are we talking here?

So question: I already upgraded this to stage 3, but then did 2 valor upgrades and now it's iLvl 670. Will the Steelforged Essence upgrade it just 5 iLvls, or the full 15 since I had added 10 iLvls with valor? Overall, the max with the Powerful Steelforged Essence is iLvl 705 and it becomes 715 with the two valor upgrades... Did this just screw me over?

I picked this up (Stage 4 version, best model) for transmog. I would look into getting this now, because it will probably be harder to get/make in Legion than it is right now. Furthermore, there are no other weapons in the game that share this model, so you can't just buy a cheap green or blue weapon with a matching model.

Tip for transmoggers: stages 1, 2, and 3 of WoD craftable gear have different appearances, and will be saved to your closet separately. Stages 4, 5 and 6 of WoD craftables share the same appearance as stage 3, so there's no reason to craft them.

I'm a little surprised they didn't add Agility to this, for survival hunters. Just like the skull of war, able to be used by strength or agility users. I think that would've been a great idea. I know surv hunters can still use the inscription staff but options are always nice for those with limited crafters.
