Use Формователь из истинной сталиs to reroll the secondary properties until you get what you want!

It's random - just keep rerolling until you randomly hit the one you want. Pray to the gods of RNG before using. If that works well for you, become a cleric.
Does not cause the item to become Soulbound, so feel free to use it on your own gear, or stuff you intend to sell or give to your really good friends.
Does not change or remove any Transmog you may already have on the item.
Does not effect any Upgrades you may have already done to the base item.
Use on any of these items created by Blacksmithing.

It's worth noting that when making a deft version of these that the greater stat is multistrike. I was rather disappointed with this combination as I wanted haste to have the greater stat.

Tip for transmoggers: stages 1, 2, and 3 of WoD craftable gear have different appearances, and will be saved to your closet separately. Stages 4, 5 and 6 of WoD craftables share the same appearance as stage 3, so there's no reason to craft them.
