Фурик. Ношу вместе с Знак Рыцаря (потому, что не накопил ещё на Ножны Кианоса :) ), и если в рейде прокают вместе, то шанс крита хорошо поднимается (у меня бывает 59% с копейками) и дпс сильно вырастает :)

Серьгу собрать и улучшить может каждый даже не являясь начертателем.
Далее будет по каждому изделию 3 пункта А-стоимость на ауке, Б-стоимость изготовления, В-выгода.

Опишу все по этой колоде как создать цены и навар от создания, расчеты с СД на момент написания коммента.
Череп войны А-2100г Б-1200 В-900 делается из Колода Войны которая собирается из 8 карт от Туз из колоды Войны до Восьмерка из колоды Войны стоимость карт от 50г до 200г берем, что каждая стоит 150г туз идет за 1. Есть также карта Джокер из колоды Войны которая меняется на любую карту из колоды на ярмарке новолуния. Дренорская карта Новолуния делается из 10 Краски сражений но выпадает случайная карта из 4 перечисленных колод.

Для улучшения Череп войны до 715 ил нам потребуется:
1) 3 Зачарованная карта таро 3 улучшения до 655,670 и 685ил стоимость каждого, А1-2000г, А3-6000г; Б1-930г, Б3-2790г; В1-1070г, В3-3210г или стоимость наших Краски сражений цена 1шт =15г
70 Краски сражений 1-15г, 70-1070г, 210-3210г
15 Волшебная вода 1-2г, 15-30г, 45-90г.
15 Дикая кровь 1-60г, 15-900г, 45-2700г

2) Могучая зачарованная карта таро улучшение до 700ил. А-4400г, Б-1860г, В-2540 или стоимость наших Краски сражений цена 1шт = 14,5г

Итог на ауке Череп войны 715ил стоит 23500г тупо скупив все составляющие (карты таро) нам он выйдет 19400г тоесть 23500г-19400г=4100г наша выгода если потратить 2 минуты и все скупить)))). если делать самому 9570г, а это 23500г-9570г= 13930г это ваш навар.

In the current patch (6.0.3) this trinket seems to be underbuget and will probably be buffed (stats are 117 agil and 20 sec 1396 crit with ~ 0.5 ppm).
Compare it with this Щедрая эмблема ужаса 615 ilvl trinket with 138 agil and 10 sec 1200 crit with 0.92 ppm
If you look at the crit buff uptime it's about the same duration which is 20 sec per 2 min.
If you were to compare trinkets you trade 21 agil for 65 crit in the ideal case or ~38-40 crit in a more realistic case if you were to replace Щедрая эмблема ужаса with Череп войны
Not even worth to change in this state

Since the changes to boost the Agility from 117 to 171 in the latest hotfix(On 12/1/14), this trinket(especially if you can get it upgraded) is probably the 2nd best Agility dps trinket behind the Счастливая монетка с двумя орлами before getting into Highmaul and beyond.

Each of the 640 Darkmoon Faire trinkets/630 off-hands can be upgraded with items created by inscription.

*UPDATE for June 23, 2015* - Нестабильная мощная зачарованная карта таро and Нестабильная великая зачарованная карта таро can no longer be crafted. Pre-patch 6.2 upgrade items (created before the patch) can be deconstructed to create the following:

Notes about the upgrade items:

The upgrade items themselves are BoE and can be traded or sold on the Auction House
They can be used by anyone (not just scribes)
Using an upgrade item on gear will NOT bind it to you if it is not already bound to you
The upgrade item will NOT change the combination or proportion of stats on the item (e.g. if non-upgraded version has versatility and haste, the upgraded item will also have versatility and haste, just more of each stat)
These items can be used on gear that is already equipped
These upgrade items are exclusively crafted by Scribes - you cannot craft them as a non-Scribe, even with the Scribe's Quarters building in your garrison

Notes about the Inscription trinkets:

Each trinket is created from a deck, and each deck requires 8 separate cards to create (as noted in the chart above).
The cards are created by the inscription skill Дренорская карта Новолуния. This skill is available to Scribes OR to non-Scribes with a Level 2 or higher Scribes Quarters in their garrison.
The mats for Дренорская карта Новолуния to create each card are 1 Тонкий пергамент and 10 Краски сражений.
Дренорская карта Новолуния creates a RANDOM darkmoon card, and as such it may not be the number or even the deck/trinket that you may be looking for. There are 32 different cards that can potentially be produced - any of those listed in the chart above.
Дренорская карта Новолуния occasionally creates a joker - Джокер из колоды Железа, Джокер из колоды Луны, Джокер из колоды Видений or Джокер из колоды Войны. These jokers can be turned in to Профессор Таддеус Палео for ANY card in that series, of your choice.
Scribes learn Дренорская карта Новолуния from Техника: дренорская карта Новолуния, a technique sold by the vendor in their Scribes quarters (Horde: Ургра/Alliance: Эрик Броудок), or in Warspear (Мару'за)/Stormshield (Жуан Кальяндро). The cost is 5 Тайны дренорского начертания.
Right-clicking any card (when all 8 cards of the corresponding deck are in your bags) will create the appropriate deck. Right-clicking the deck will create the corresponding trinket. This can be done by non-Scribes, and the Darkmoon Faire is NOT required to do so.
The individual cards (e.g. Тройка из колоды Железа, Восьмерка из колоды Луны), jokers (e.g. Джокер из колоды Железа) and decks (e.g. Колода Войны) are NOT soulbound and can be traded or sold on the Auction House.
The trinkets themselves are BoE, and can be traded or sold on the Auction House if they have not been equipped.
The trinkets DO NOT require Inscription to use.
The trinkets can be equipped at Level 91.
The trinkets count towards 1 of the 3 maximum Warlords of Draenor crafted items that you can have equipped at one time.
Upgrading the trinket will change the primary stat amount and the proc strength, although the duration of the proc, proc chance and internal cooldown of the trinket remain the same.
Two of the same trinket CAN be equipped (this includes two different stages of the same trinket). This is not very useful, however, as the trinkets share the same internal cooldown for procs (so proc frequency WILL NOT increase). If two different stages of the same trinket are equipped, only the stronger trinket will proc. The only benefit of a second equipped trinket of the same type would be the primary stats obtained.

Below are the base and upgraded versions of the off-hand. This item maintains whatever stats were on the base item when upgraded - the amount of those stats will increase though.

They are BoE and can be sold on the Auction House or traded
They DO NOT require Inscription to use
They can be equipped at Level 91

The off-hand will be crafted with +48-72 each of two random secondary stats (chosen out of Critical Strike, Haste, Mastery, Versatility or Multistrike)
The quantity of secondary stats when crafted is random as well (e.g. one item may have +63 crit and +63 haste, while another of the same type may have +66 crit and +58 haste)
The off-hand changes in appearance to be more elaborate as it is upgraded, with the addition of scrollwork accents and a gem.
The off-hand DOES NOT counts towards 1 of the 3 maximum Warlords of Draenor crafted items that you can have equipped at one time

Can you equip two of these at the same time? It would seem to me that you can.

They aren't "Unique", they're " Unique-Equipped: Warlords Crafted: 3". Assuming you were willing to let them be 2 of the 3 pieces of crafted gear you can equip, of course.

The proc from this trinket is Дух вождей. It seems to be up almost all the time. Of course you do not realize when it is down. It makes your character glow with a lightning fizz.

There are 4 differents Darkmoon Trinkets.
Darkmoon Trinkets are created by Decks.
Колода Луны > Мешочек Песчаного человека
Колода Видений > Песочные часы с крыльями
Колода Железа > Знак рыцаря
Колода Войны > Череп войны
To create a Deck, you will need 8 cards (Ace, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight) of a certain type.
You can only combine cards to build a deck at level 100.
All trinkets have 640 ilvl and can be upgraded twice, first from 640 to 655 with an Нестабильная зачарованная карта таро.
And, then from 655 to 670 with a Нестабильная мощная зачарованная карта таро - (Tooltip is not updated)

How to create cards with Inscription:
- At level 90 build Scriber's Quarter then buy the Technique: Darkmoon Card of Draenor to create random Darkmoon Cards.
The recipe costs 5x Secrets of Draenor . You can only make one Secret of Draenor Inscription a day.

How to create cards without Inscription:
- At level 90 build a Scribe's Quarter, when you reach lv96 upgrade to level 2. Now, you can make cards without recipes or profession Дренорская карта Новолуния

Tips:
- You can create one random Darkmoon Card with 10x Краски сражений
- Remember, once a day, you will be able to create at least 4x Краски сражений if you have Inscription as profession. Additional paints are created if your Inscription skill is higher than 600.
- Assign followers level 100 with Inscription or Herbalism in your building for extra bonuses.
- You only need the follower on the building when you collect work orders. Just don't collect work orders while your follower is training.
- Cards aren't soulbound, so you can buy, sell or even trade with other players.
- You can use 10x Primal Spirit that you gathered, skinned, mined to buy 1x Краски сражений. Just talk to Ashley Zerep if you are from Alliance or talk to Sazsel Stickyfingers if you are from Horde.
- At level 96, there will be unlocked the quest to build Garden. This is very efficient to spend less time gathering herbs.
- If you want to maximize your profit, level alts until 96 then with Garden lv1 and Scriber's Quarter lv2 make more cards than one person could produce.

Because this trinket shares stats with str and agi users, it is in much more demand and cards are more expensive than the other 3 decks.

I have a dumb question that I haven't seen an answer for.

I have a inscription garrison building, which lets me buy cards to make decks.

I made myself a "skull of war" trinket which can be upgraded 3 times. However, I cannot make the Ensorcelled Tarot for the first upgrade because I don't have inscription as a profession, but I can still collect all the mats: 150 war paints (Bop), 30 sorcerous water, and 15 savage blood.

Is there anyway I can get the Ensorcelled Tarot made with my materials, or do I have to buy it from the auction house for outrageous money?

Thanks for any help.
